This was my first visit to Outback in several years. My meal was ok but the service was great! The manager was very helpful in resolving the issue I was having with a Bloomin' Brands gift card so that I could apply it to my meal.
Ordered takeaway with Jessica on the phone, best experience placing order ever here. She quoted an estimated time to pick up and the food came out exactly when I arrived. Ordered filet/lobster, sirloin/coconut shrimp, and outback burger. Every food item was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The food and service could not have been any better.
Great food, and superb service. The girl who waited our table was amazing and wonderful. She made our experience the best experience. Will always recommend this location. It was my parents first American lunch experience and it was outstanding. My parents loved the food, the service and the place.
