If restaurants offer dining reservations up to an hour before they close, I wholeheartedly believe customers dining at 10 pm should receive the same level of service and availability of items as customers dining at 10 am. Otherwise, please adjust your booking times so that all customers receive the same level of service and availability of items. As I walked in for my reservation, a waitress shouted to the host "Not my section! NOT my section!" to signal him to sit us in someone else's section. They were also limited on dessert options and that's ALL we came for. Overall, we were disappointed with our dining experience although the waitress we ended up with was was kind and helpful.

Terrible experience. We had a reservation for 8 and were put at a table for 6. We asked to move to the open 8 top behind us and were told the section was full by the manager. Nobody ever sat at that open 8 top. It took an hour for us to get our drinks or order food. Our appetizer order was wrong. Our soups were delivered after our meals. Overall a terrible experience. Don't eat at this location.

Love loved the calm atmosphere. Although my meal was too spicy, I tried a new drink and it was amazing. The restaurant was very busy and appeared to be short staffed. My server, Miss Sydney was attentive and very pleasant. I will visit this location again.

The experience was overall really good! The food was great, and our server Liz was amazing. The only problems were that they only had one server, so therefore, we had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was empty and we had a reservation. Our booth was also not cleaned when we sat down. However, our server Liz was incredibly personable and did amazingly! Especially for her being the only server!!

My experience at P.F. Chang’s in Cumberland Mall was made exceptional thanks to our server, Liz! From the moment she approached our table, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She had such a positive energy that instantly made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

Liz was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations that were spot-on. She checked on us consistently without being overbearing, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. It’s rare to find service that feels both personal and seamless, but she truly delivered.

Because of Liz, what could have just been a regular dinner turned into a memorable dining experience. If you’re dining at the Cumberland location, ask for her. You won’t be disappointed!

Rose- the young woman with the dimples offered great service and recommended a delicious dessert for our party ! I have been a repeat customer at this location and have followed due to her great, friendly service. Food comes out fast, fresh, and drinks are amazing!
