I have been stuck in the Atlanta Airport a few times and
I stop in at this PF Changs regularly, as I fly through ATL frequently. I always have great experiences. I do typically take advantage of their yummy breakfast menu but I love that I can also order traditional lunch/dinner food. Today, I just sat at the bar, as I was traveling alone. Danielle took amazing care of me. The food was delicious and fast. The drink was fantastic and, again, Danielle’s service far exceeded my expectation. Cant wait to stop in next week, when I come back through ATL!

We were looking for a place to dine and have a break while waiting for our connection in the Atlanta airport. The restaurant is a level higher on A concourse. We sat on a table out of the concourse crowd. The music however was loud. The hostesses and some of the waiters were loud. I had sweet and sour chicken and my wife chicken teriyaki. The teriyaki was ok, the sweet and sour chicken was over breaded. I also had a wonton soup but it was nothing special.

Food was very delicious. Better than many other locations we have visited. Food was served quickly after ordering. Our waitress Ajahanna was very courteous and attentive. Enabled us to have a great meal. Highly recommend this place. Gordon Fletcher

My favorite airport restaurant. The food is the same standard, so I really enjoy it. Good vibes , the face that it tucked in upstairs with their own escalator to share with only sky club is pretty cute. I have never missed this restaurant if I have more than an hour layover.

Waitress was awesome. It’s not her fault that it was the worst Mongolian Beef I have ever had at a P.F. Chang’s Restaurant. Small over cooked pieces. Advice: don’t cook the meat so long if you’re going to serve it in small pieces, it makes them tough.

Unfortunately, I got horrible food poisoning from this last night. Went here during our layover, and I ordered the Lo Mein noodles, wonton soup, and chicken with broccoli dish. About an hour later, I started vomiting on my flight, had really bad cramps, etc. I’ve had about 6 vomiting sessions so far, in addition to cramps and liquid #2. I’m still feeling awful the day after and trying to recover. I would not recommend this place at all and am wondering what kinds of practices they have in place concerning food safety.

Presentation is really the only reason this got a 2 rating. Crab Rangoon was fine however the rest of the food was honestly gross, SUPER bready for the chicken, half of the plate just tasted like fried bread, no chicken and if there was chicken, it was completely mushy. The rice was super overcooked and I wouldn’t even qualify it as steamed rice. service was good, and it was nice to sit down for an airport dinner but the food was awful and left me and my husband feeling sick from how poor quality the food was. For paying over $75 for two entrees and an appetizer, it felt like a ripoff

To be honest, I don’t have much expectation with airport dining due to the nature of it…most guests aren’t going to become regulars at most airport restaurants. However, from the greeting with the hostess, to the friendliness and service of the bartenders and the fact that the manager himself came and brought me an allergy friendly menu due to my dairy allergy, this was a fantastic experience! Generally speaking, I would prefer to dine at local establishments over a chain but for some reason, today I chose the chain and I don’t regret it. I got the mapo tofu which came out piping hot, delicious and was a generous portion (I had to get a box). The food and drinks were on point, the bartenders Marcus and Kamal were both attentive and friendly, and the manager Hansel was very helpful.

So disappointed. Thankfully they disclosed to me that nothing is vegsn because they use sugar that is bone charred. Let's demand a change
