We had a phenomenal experience at the PF Changs at Atlanta Hartsfirld airport. Our waiter, Kenrick, was absolutely phenomenal. He personally suggested a better table for us, prepared a gourmet, spicy sauce, and delivered our meals with kindness and expertise. I have dined all over the world and I have rarely experienced a server of Kenrick’s caliber. The manager, Jerome, also greeted us and we had a very pleasant conversation. The food was delicious and delivered promptly. (Why can’t they do this in Palm Beach Gardens?) Overall, a very bright spot in our layover!

Our server Ken Rick was amazing. Food was great. So glad we stopped!! Customer service is hard. And it’s easy to get disenchanted with it all- our service was phenomenal! Thank you.

Don't waste your time. Food undercooked, bland and service was terrible and inattentive, took 20mins to be served at it then 10% capacity.

We had a great time - it was my husbands first time at a restaurant and I’m so happy we chose this place!
Jamal and Ricky at the bar were amazing, lots of great energy and fun!
You folks are lucky to have them on the team - we will be back again because of them. The USA is better because of them.

Amazing food and excellent service! The chang’s chicken was tender and flavorful, while the dynamite shrimp was perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. The service was fast, attentive, and friendly, making our experience even better. We also tried the coconut mojito—it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great place to stop between flights. Good food, fast, great service. Always smiling and attentive. And you can watch all the busy-ness that is an American airport.

Very friendly efficient service by Marcus. Our appetizer pork spring rolls very good. The mango iced tea was bland. My partner’s sesame chicken was B to B+ in quality. My crispy honey shrimp was soggy, not crispy and seemed to be prebattered frozen shrimp. This entree was B- or C. The total bill for 1 app, 2 entrees, and 2 soft drinks with 20% tip and tax was $88.

I've had P.F. Chang's in several cities, but the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport location is hands down the best. Whenever I'm at the Atlanta airport, I make it a point to go. The staff and food are unmatched.

We went there during a connection via Atlanta airport. We didn’t expect a lot as it’s a chain and it’s at the airport, but the food is extremely bad. We got the sweet and spicy chicken, which had almost powdery substance inside, which was not chicken and neither anything edible. I am not sure how they can serve something which is not chicken, as chicken. I think P F Chang management should look into it.
The only saving grace for this place is the servers here, as our hostess didn’t charge us for the inedible chicken dish.
Please avoid this place at all cost.
