Prepare to be amazed - because Pala was exceptional. You might have to stand in a brief line, or wait a bit for a seat, but I promise you it is worth it 1000x over. Pala Atlanta is our absolute go-to spot whenever we need a proper panini fix.
Their Caprese, Mortadella n meatball parm are stupidly good. Bread is always on point, crispy outside, soft inside, never soggy. Portions are huge, and the prices are honestly fair for the quality and size. Staff is always cool whether I’m picking up or dining in.

If you’re in Atlanta and you like paninis that actually taste like someone cares, just start with Pala.

What a great italian panini!!! Congrats. Awesome foccacia/schiacciata dough, fresh ingredients, nothing short of any panini I’ve ever had in Italy. Had the mortadella and the sopressata, both amazing. Will see your sandwich shop spread all over Atlanta
