I had a very disappointing experience at this lounge. After stepping outside and requesting to re-enter to use the restroom, I was treated very poorly by security, who even went as far as to call me out of my name and slammed the door in my face another security witnessed what happened and made the rude security let me in to use the restroom. I spoke to an employee by the Joy about the situation and was assured that management would follow up with me. Unfortunately, no one has reached out, which shows a lack of professionalism and concern for customer service.
No guest should ever be disrespected in this manner, especially when they are simply trying to use the facilities. I hope the lounge takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way their staff, particularly security, treats paying customers. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment.

I went for Taco Tuesday. Please be aware that one of the bartenders here wrote their own tip amount on my receipt once I left and now my card is in the negative because of her. It’s sad when you try to support businesses and people do backstabbing things like this.

The vibes is koo nice setting but the security was way to touchy with me and my woman . Way too unnecessary and aggressive. And I brought 2 drinks and it came up to 81 dollars . Way too overpriced. Definitely not coming back

When we arrived at Palm Beach, they gave the pretty girls roses, which was a nice touch. But towards the end of the night, they threw away our paid shots without asking. When I politely asked for a manager, she responded that we were ‘already drunk’ — which wasn’t true. It was my friend’s birthday, we weren’t even driving, and we were just trying to enjoy the night we paid for. Very unprofessional and disappointing way to end the evening.

I came here tonight in hopes of a vibe. It was so hot. I mean they had fans on and no ac. I was ready to go after this but we stayed and ordered food. My friend fries were good but cold. My fried rice would have been good but it was super salty. Our waitress was a vibe and she was on top of our order but had no control over ac and food. The drinks were good but I will not be back sorry.

Listen, i come and have a good time: But today was terrible. our bartender chelynn, terrible attitude. girl ain’t had one smile on her face the whole night. i know dealing with a certain clientele gets annoying, i get it , but girl acted like she hated it there! you get auto gratuity, you making your money regardless (i even tipped on top) but sis, act like you want to be here. even if you gotta fake it. i started to only want to order with seven because her attitude was a lot better. hookah girl forgot our order and some more.
This spot is more the younger crowd being that I am 43. The DJ needs to play more variety of old and new rap songs. Also, the AC wasn't working too well and parking is a challenge being that the club is situated on the corner. However, the food was delicious!

Yesterday I attended a brunch for my Niece’s graduation celebration from college. I purchased the turkey wings, collard greens, and macaroni and cheese. The food was phenomenal. Servers were very sweet and welcoming. I had one drink, and it was excellent. I would definitely go back there. It is so good to have a place where I felt comfortable and safe. Everyone was so friendly. The food was sooooo good. Shout out to the chef and sous chef. I wished them much success in the future and by the way ,,could you please open up A restaurant in Dallas, Georgia💯💯❤️❤️❤️

They charge to get in and money isn’t the issue but it’s not worth it🤷🏽♀️the owners are very disrespectful and they do not care about their appearance. Do yall research. They prey on young drunk people with money. The food is drunk food, the DJ is terrible, the prices are outrageous. It’s super ghetto. I remember visiting this location when it was something previously, it’s something about this location. Spirits are off.

This place was such a vibe!! I loved the outdoor patio and the fact that you can eat outside or inside. The food was 100/10 for sure!!! Every single thing we ordered was delicious, flavorful, tender and cooked with love. It was some of the best soul food I have had in ATL! I literally want to try the whole menu! I will be back for sure. The waitress was great and was very attentive
