My gf and I dined today with Felipé he was very nonchalant with his service he could have been more helpful regarding the food as well as when the last call for food & drinks. We didn’t feel that he gave us the service & time to order food & drinks. We asked for certain things to go he wasn’t attentive to our table whatsoever

Very beautiful vibe with the open rooftop! Food was alright for what the cost was. Our bill was 1,100.00 and honestly not worth the money. We made the best out of it. We payed for the vibe lol

I wanted to love this restaurant so bad. The atmosphere was great but everything else was off. It was absolutely freezing inside, most people were wearing their winter coats. Our food had great flavors but were all room temperature when they were served to us. Our appetizer was brought to us and we finished that and our drinks before we even put our food order in and the waiter didn’t check on us. We watched a meal sit under the heat lamp for over ten minutes before it was delivered. It was a Tuesday night, there were several empty tables so it wasn’t like it was super crowded. Maybe they were understaffed but it was disappointing considering how much money we were spending. We also got a text before about our rideshare dropping us off in a special lot and we got there and the lot was blocked off so they could not pull in and we had to jump out on the busy road.

I went for NewYear's Eve, and it honestly wasn't it. I'm sure if you go normally to eat it will be fine. They covered all the cute areas to take pictures. Also, the music was horrible. There were no lyrics. We were promised a glass of champagne, and many people I was with didn't even get there's. It definitely wasn't worth $50. It was very crowded and boring.

Palo Santo is a true gem in Atlanta. The food was absolutely amazing, beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried impressed us. The service was just as great: friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better.
One small tip for future guests: I highly recommend taking an Uber or Lyft, as parking in the area is very limited. Other than that, everything about this place was fantastic, and I can’t wait to come back.

The drinks and food were exceptional, and the service was attentive and professional throughout our visit. The ambiance is stylish and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a celebration or an elegant girls’ night out. I’m already looking forward to returning to experience more of the menu.

Beautiful place. I love it here. Food is good. Drinks are good. I was disappointed to have had a reservation and arrived on time but was rushed to order and rushed to eat. I could not fully enjoy myself as staff kept pressuring me to finish or take my food. I was given ten min to order. Disappointing for a birthday dinner date.

Great food, great vibes. Palo Santo has a cozy, stylish atmosphere with bold, flavorful dishes and well-crafted cocktails. Service was attentive and the experience felt elevated but still relaxed. Definitely a spot I’d return to.

So overrated. You have to go online to get to rooftop through 3rd party (Velvet company name) Overpriced. To sit for 2 party you have to spend at least $200. Will not come back. I don’t mind spending money if it’s worth it…. Not worth it.

Cool spot but they close at midnight now due to neighbors complaining about noise. Not their fault

I had very high expectations for this place. I had come here once with a group of friends in the summer and they had really good music. I came here to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday with a group of friends. I made a reservation about two weeks in advance and we were hoping to get good drinks and good vibes and celebrate my wife. The wait staff was nice and polite to us, but the bartender seemed not too interested in making drinks. We had ordered pretty basic Christmas theme drinks from the menu and we had told the staff that it was my wife’s birthday, but to our surprise that only my wife’s drink wasn’t well-made. We ordered the hot Christmas cocoa, which was really cold and they said that the kitchen was no longer open so they could not make hot cocoa. We then requested a Hugo spritz from the bar, after waiting for half an hour we were told that they did not have ingredients for it. They did apologies but they said that there’s nothing they could do. We were disappointed because this was a special occasion for us, but we will not be coming back here. Hope this review helps other people.
