This was my 9th time at Palo Santa and was the best it has ever been! I went with 2 people who had never been, so I was able to try some new dishes this time. ALL were super delicious and beautifully presented. The wait staff were fun, friendly, and knowledgeable about the dishes and inspiration behind them. Cocktails were soooooo tasty and nice and strong! The desserts were a nice ending to a fantastic meal! THE BEST panna cotta and chocolate lava cake I have ever had! All in all, this meal was the best I had ever experienced at Palo Santo! I am already looking forward to coming back in the next few months! And thank you to the management who added lights to the tables after my last review of them being too dark! It made a BIG difference! Do NOT hesitate to make a reservation here for any occasion!

Great food & service is customary in Atlanta where i have dined for decades. We need a better projecion of the other factors that make the EVENT and the script for this restarant needs an overhaul to include : There is no Valet, they got rid of it, you are directed to uncovered parking the other side of a busy street by stoic guys that appear to be security managing a controlled gate into the yard entrance like an industrial area. There is a narrow, congested, twisted staircase up to the 2nd floor where the restaurant is and you are merging with a crowd going to a clubby rooftop bar. The greeting staff are courteous and our server Maris was good. Inside, the space between tables is cramped and one way aisles. The music is loud so people have to shout to each other adding to the drama. If you are made aware and expecting this isnadvance thats fine but the original description of "ROMANATIC & INTIMATE " needs removing.

We recently had the BEST experience here. We went for an early dinner with our 10 month old and they made us feel so welcome and accommodated. The food and the service was incredible. Philipe made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations. Additionally, the support staff (Ivan) went above and beyond by making sure we had a high chair, cut our baby up some oranges and even took him on a mini tour by the kitchen. We felt so comfortable and were able to enjoy every dish. Our favourites were the guac, hamachi, steak & steak tartar, lamb and mushroom rice! We will definitely return.
I went here to catch up with a mutual friend. He was new to Atlanta (I know this is in Marietta but still) and mentioned a rooftop bar, so I suggested this. Immediately, I was amazed with the atmosphere. It was very classy-esque (I mean that as it is upscale but still provides the ambiance of casualness). The wait staff is great, they're all very nice. I have no complaints. The drinks were good. Nothing extraordinary, but they were standard. And standard is never a bad thing. I had the Paloma and it was fruity, tart, sweet with the right level of alcohol strength. Would recommend. The food I think took the headline. I had the spicy salmon crispy rice and it was some of the BEST food I had. Main complaint was the portion size. It was very small and overcharged for what was given. But the view of the city is beautiful. I really did feel like I was on vacation, and forgot I had work the next day! There apparently also have a DJ on the weekends, but I came here on a Wednesday so I cannot speak on that. Overall, the main headline is the atmosphere. That is the selling point. Which is not a bad thing, but it causes the other factors of the place to be overlooked.

huge shoutout to our server MARIA!!! she was absolutely PHENOMENAL! she was super patient with us (our table was running super late) she took the time to explain every part of the menu to us, consistently checked on us, and overall her energy/personality was PERFECT. I will be asking for her again when we return! she was even sweet enough to have a small birthday dessert for me (I didn’t even ask). Food was amazing, ambience was amazing, Maria was just perfect. 17/10!!!
