I’ve been to this location a couple of times now and each time it’s a hit or miss. Prefer this location simply off of proximity to where I live and the fact that it’s usually not crowded. That being said I don’t understand why each time I go something I order is always off. First time it was the grits and I honestly don’t know why they just weren’t good. Last time I went the potato fritters were burnt beyond recognition. Either the oil was old or someone stepped away from the fryer and they were just forgotten about. Ordered an avocado toast to go and trying to figure out why you would fully construct the items and not toast the bread! It was soggy by time I got home. Smh, definitely disappointed as there are only a few decent brunch/breakfast spots to enjoy in West Midtown. Unfortunately won’t be returning to this location until some changes are made.

Ordered a group order from my job and was eating the pancakes, only to get a glob of dark brown long hair in my pancake. Will not be ordering this again! My co-workers order was got an over cooked DRY AZz burger. Where is the juice? That was a boneless burger. Plus they forgot her cucumber salad! DONOT RECOMMEND !!

Truly loved my experience here! I came in expecting nothing but left with everything I did not know that I needed. Outside of the food being absolutely amazing, the Hot Chocolate-made with housemade chocolate was out of this world! Denzel, behind the bar made the best suggestions and was so kind it brought me to tears! Management was superb! You can tell that all of the staff genuinely enjoy each other and get along! All of our food came out hot and to perfection! Chef’s Kiss to the Westside Paper Location! We’ve always gone to Ponce since March…..until today. Westside is #1 for us now. Ponce is good. Westside is just where it is. My eggs were scrambled HARD as requested. The link sausages were juicy. The pancakes were fluffy, hot and they tasted so good that I didn’t need syrup. The Honey Hot chicken bites were the best part of the meal. And also the chicken tasted the best it has ever tasted. Great way to start November and a great addition to my places to eat when I skate during the summer.
