Truly loved my experience here! I came in expecting nothing but left with everything I did not know that I needed. Outside of the food being absolutely amazing, the Hot Chocolate-made with housemade chocolate was out of this world! Denzel, behind the bar made the best suggestions and was so kind it brought me to tears! Management was superb! You can tell that all of the staff genuinely enjoy each other and get along! I'm very thankful for my experience! Please check this place out, and ENJOY!

All of our food came out hot and to perfection! Chef’s Kiss to the Westside Paper Location! We’ve always gone to Ponce since March…..until today. Westside is #1 for us now. Ponce is good. Westside is just where it is. My eggs were scrambled HARD as requested. The link sausages were juicy. The pancakes were fluffy, hot and they tasted so good that I didn’t need syrup. The Honey Hot chicken bites were the best part of the meal. And also the chicken tasted the best it has ever tasted. Great way to start November and a great addition to my places to eat when I skate during the summer.

Jordan was our server on a Sunday morning and she was very attentive and patient with the small kiddos we had with our group. I tried the gluten free oat and banana pancakes and they were delicious!! My nephew went through 3 pancakes and practically inhaled them from how much he loved them. Thank you!

Unfortunately Pancake Social This location is a Miss. I LITERALLY had some type of paper in my omelette, I’m not sure if it was paper towel or sometype of food wrap. I’m very disappointed. Also coffee seemed to be over brewed I could be wrong.

My wife and I sat at the bar on Saturday 8/31 at 11:30 am. The two young ladies looked at me and my wife and walked away, never speaking or greeting us. We sat at the bar for 5 minutes before my wife finally signaled to be greeted. Finally, Nia greeted us. The two people at the bar eating next to us stated the same concern that they waited very long before being greeted. Nia did a great job serving us. Then at the end another young lady stood near us at the bar while checking her phone and didn’t speak. ??♂️I guess phone service over customer service.
