The workers give disproportionate offerings of the entrees. I watched someone get a plate before me with more than 1 scoop of protein. When addressed, the server refused to remedy the situation.

If you ask for a plate (1 base 2 protein) the barely put some protein on it, you can see how the employees hesitate with the protein.
The Mobile Order system was inefficient and took 10x waiting time (45 min) than the walk-in order.

Some of the workers here are very rude. I went to get food here today and I was initially going to wait for orange chicken but i noticed sesame chicken was just restocked so i asked a lady to please give me that instead to which she said would and then a male server came and snatched my plate out of her hand and starts talking to her like she's stupid like doesn't she see what was written on the plate and then she says I asked her to and he looks at me and says "do you want to change it or no" in a harsh tone almost like he was shouting at me and im like yeah thats what i asked her to do. He then takes my plate and starts throwing the chicken into my plate and packs all the oil and i'm there shocked cause why was he giving me such negative energy. Another day my friend went there and she was trying to decide what she wanted and a worker rudely told her to hurry up order. Find people who actually want to work at Panda instead of people who hate themselves and take it out on innocent customers.
