Does this look like Chow Mein to you? Placed a Mobile order 20min before I got there, still had to watch 6 walk-ins come & go before I got my food. Horrible service and quality, stay away.

Piss poor Panda Express location. The food is ALWAYS cold and OLD here. You literally have to request for the workers to cook fresh food at this location. Not only that, none of the workers speak or understand English at all. I tried to pay with a gift card last night that would not swipe for whatever reason so the cashier tried typing it in. She didn’t understand any of the numbers on the card so instead of asking for help she kept typing the numbers in wrong. Then, she and another employee lied to me and tried to tell me their gift card machine didn’t work. I asked for a manager and they lied to my face again and told me that a manager does not work at that location. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, waiting on the employee to figure it out and and go back and forth with her co-workers in Spanish, I told her I could just call the number on the card out to her. After I did that, the transaction FINALLY went through. Why are people working a register who don’t understand how to input numbers into the system?? I left pissed and annoyed because my food got crazy cold waiting on her to figure out her job and also why is there not a manager on site to help customers and employees with issues like this? Why are employees lying to customer about management not being there and about their machines not working? Obviously the machine does work but the lazy employees just didn’t know what they were doing and were trying to rush me out the door without taking the time to correctly put my card information in. I’ll never step foot back in this place again. The food was cold and nasty by the time I got home. The noodles tasted old, dry and stale and had no seasoning. All 3 meats were covered in soo much sweet sauce that it all tasted the same and tasted fake and nasty. 0/10. Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

I've been to a few different Panda Express locations but this one is by far the best! The service is amazing, employees are always so friendly and they definitely load up your protein!! 😜 Got one of their specialty drinks, peach lychee refresher and it hit the spot! Don't have enough good things to say about this store. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service usually but they decided to throw away all the food at 9:22 so they can get off early , when they are scheduled to close at 9:30. Very inconvenient. Usually they do a great job but seems they don’t like to honor their opening and closing times

They have me waiting nearly 10 plus minutes for fresh cooked food,
just to find out when I get home they actually mixed the old food that was sitting out for hours with the new. I could tell by the taste. Definitely don't like this particular location. And their manager is diabolical all the way around.

For the most part as a regular customer I'll choose Panda Express for a non home cooking night and normally I have had good experiences and good things to say about this restaurant band, so my comment is not about the food it is about the delivery service I put in an order spent almost $30 requested delivery and a driver never showed up but marked on the app that they had completed the delivery I called every viable sauce in town to report the driver and this bad negative service one representative from the Panda Express corporation made it right, her name was Miss Tameka Jay she took care of the matter resolved my issue and restored my faith in the brand. Thanks Miss Tameka job well done!!!

I came around open. They didn't have my normal food items ready so I pivoted and got a new menu item. It was a good recommendation. They also ran out of hot chili packets which isn't normal. Otherwise, the staff was great and the food was tasty and fresh.
