I ordered food got to the register and saw one of the Mail Mexican employees coughing about 20 times never covered his mouth even wipe his face and then started touching things. I got a refund immediately no thank you that is so disgusting.

I had an online order and was not acknowledged until I spoke first, as I had been waiting at least five minutes prior. They’re extremely unprofessional and the manager seemed to have an attitude upon my request for my order. She did not smile nor did she express any sense of personal skills after I thanked her for the order. I watched her interact with other guests and smile during their interaction but because I did not resemble the race of the employees, I believe I was discriminated against. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and will not be returning to this location. The staff should be re-trained on how to have positive interactions with ALL customers regardless of their personal preference outside of the workplace.

50/50 that your food is edible. When it's edible, it's excellent. Stop overcooking the fried Beef. If it looks like leather, you should toss it in the trash instead of trying to scam your customers.

Very self entitled place, team barely speaks English customer ordered same side food after me waited gave them they very large order but couldn’t remember my order correctly you have children as management very unorganized.

I ordered online and it told me it was ready… got there 20 minutes later and they said someone took my food. Took them another 20 minutes to get my food.. terrible service.. the man at the register seemed like he didn’t even know where he was.. if you don’t have food come to this location and just grab the food off the shelf..do not order online from this store.. you have been warned !

Update 06/08/25
They've gone downhill. The last 2 times I have gone here were absolutely abysmal. The portions were smaller than they ever have been and instead of giving me my beef and broccoli that I ordered, I just got a pint of broccoli in some beef juice. The employees seem to have changed too, not very friendly or welcoming. I won't drop down to a 1 star cause I have hope it will go back but yeah. Really bad service and food these past few times.

I've been to a few different Panda Express locations but this one is by far the best! The service is amazing, employees are always so friendly and they definitely load up your protein!! 😜 Got one of their specialty drinks, peach lychee refresher and it hit the spot! Don't have enough good things to say about this store. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

UPDATE 03/24/25: Still go here all the time. 😂 Friend and I split a plate for lunch and they always pack it on! Service is amazing and the employees are always super friendly and welcoming! Best Panda Express in Georgia I swear
