“As someone relatively new to Panera, I was immediately impressed by this location. It's surprisingly spacious with ample seating, and I noted it would be a nice, quiet place to get some work done.
Our food was delicious, and I especially appreciated the sustainable touch of using real flatware instead of plastic.
The absolute standout, however, was the service. The team member taking our order was incredibly patient, guiding me step-by-step through customizing a sandwich to fit my dietary needs. She made the entire process painless, and our order came out perfectly. We will definitely be back.“
“I come here a lot, food is always good, always a seat available, staff has gotten better lately and today it was great. The two gentlemen cooking this morning were slammed busy, but they were courteous kind and helpful and really fast getting the food out, great job today!“
“This is my first time visiting Panera Bread. We ordered the Iced Coffee and Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca with no ice. It’s was delicious.
Staff were nice.
There is ample seating.
Plenty of parking.“
“Kiosk order only on the day I went. The menu was easy to navigate. I went a bit after the lunch rush so everything was easy. They had a huge monitor displaying my order status which was nice. Good sandwich but probably a little too much for what it was. Not sure if this location charges more for being in a hospital.“
“Good food but panera means breadbasket so the name of the restaurant is actually "breadbasket bread" which you have to admit is pretty feeble. Btw I'm available as a brand naming consultant and have come up with some award winners such as "pho que" for a vietnamese bbq hybrid concept and "liquor but I hardly know her" for a package store so just let me know“
“11/11/2025 I would like to thank Shante who was on the register tonight! ( I know I misspelled your name my apologies) After going in for pick up and asking the girl Cory for a bag she wasn't willing to assist me. She said that they only had a small bag.
I did say plastic bag however, my point was any bag with handles. Pick up just places the food in a sac bag and then you have the drink making it challenging to carry. Store should do better at packaging to go orders. But unfortunately, they do not care to.“
