I couldn’t see anything between the pieces of bread, so I opened them up and this is what I see. This was supposed to be the cheesesteak sandwich. Not sure what it is. Panera has fallen a long way. They should be ashamed of putting something like this in front of a customer. And we catered about 25 sandwiches. This sandwiches says all you need to know about what they think of their customers.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

My order was wrong twice in a matter of 20 minutes! I had a coupon for a free Pick Two. Ordering a sandwich and a bacon mac. I check my receipt while waiting and the sandwich was rung up correctly. I went to the counter tried to double check and the person that took my order, shift lead/manager, said she was making it. The sandwich was supposed to be ham and cheese on sourdough. I received a fully dressed sandwich on regular white bread. Which is confusing and concerning considering the person that took my order is THE SAME person that apparently made the sandwich.

I asked for a remake and received it but the remade STILL was on white bread and not sourdough had 2 pieces on ham and a tiny peice of cheese. When I went to pick up the remake, I said “thank you” and the shift leader/manager responded with “girl bye” as I’m walking off while another shift leader/manager or employee tried to over talk her and say thank you as if they didn’t want me to catch the disrespect.

It’s hard to imagine a more poorly managed Panera that has no concept of their customer base in the surrounding area. What should be a convenient and reliable lunch option M-F for the community of business professionals is instead an unreliable option that is certain to create delays in your day. Mobile orders are never ready on time and often are not prepared until you check in, usually long after your app-promised “ready-by” time. This is true before during and after the lunch rush. While the food quality is as expected, if you’re in a hurry or ordering something other than a single person simple meal, you should go elsewhere. Expect delays for all order types and times.

One of the most poorly managed eateries in the city. Orders are consistently delayed—often an hour or more—without explanation. Basic ingredients (like eggs, specific breads, soups, or standard pastries) are frequently “unavailable” due to supposed supply issues, but customers are only notified once their order is already queued for delivery. Requests are routinely ignored: if you order specific pastries, sandwiches, or bagels, expect to receive whatever the staff feels like giving you, often burnt and sloppily prepared.

The establishment is in dire need of a complete overhaul: new staff, better management, proper sanitation, and basic operational standards.

While all the other food items were as expected, The Grilled Chicken and Avo BLT was terrible!! What I ordered versus what I got is unacceptable, and whoever prepared this sandwich know they were wrong.

On January 9,2025 I placed an order at 12:45!!!! and didn’t get my order until 2:30pm!!! Plus the customer service sucks ! Im furious!!! The GM was like just there. She definetly needs some help and her employees need training. In the picture attached the guy whose face is not to the camera (wearing a Panera apron) , he was saying very distasteful and non “BLAST” behavior. I thought all Panera workers knew this? Where’s the training? He showed very little regard for the customers. The customers were not his top priority. He made fun of the names of customers names on the bag and just did so much.

One lady asked how much longer because she had a salad that she was waiting over an hr for and this man tells her “maam I am not system . You can go ask the gm she’s right here” mind you the GM is busting her ass with orders and distributing refunds because her crew is useless. There were 2 woman who were actually helping but the rest TERRIBLE! This cafe needs to be gutted and started over.

Oh and remember how I said I ordered my food at 12:45 and didn’t get it till 2:30 . They marked my order complete at 2:00pm gave me the bag and told me I had to wait for one more sandwhich…why did 10 minutes pass and I ask the man about the sandwhich and he tells me “girl I don’t know, they said they were making it “ like one sandwhich took 30 more minutes ?? Then the sandwhich I left with wasent even the sandwich I paid for but they took so long that I had to go. I was already missing from work for tooooo long !

That worker in the picture, I watched him drink a large green tea and 2 bags of Panera chips while I waited for my food . Every customer watched this man eat so comfortably for free while we had to endure 2 hrs plus of waiting for food we paid for?

They did not apologize or anything.

Also you see all those bags up there. Majority were sitting there already when I ordered. The unclaimed orders just continued to pile up and up . Absolutely insane…so if someone does come in for their food late…you are telling me you are going to give them the food you made 3 or 2 hours ago???

Very slow service, lots of hollering. This location isn't organized at all. People are standing around waiting for their food. Everything is mixed up delivery drivers, pick up, and dine in as well. We've waited over 30 mins. 2 people $34 ...smh.
