While all the other food items were as expected, The Grilled Chicken and Avo BLT was terrible!! What I ordered versus what I got is unacceptable, and whoever prepared this sandwich know they were wrong.
Good food but panera means breadbasket so the name of the restaurant is actually "breadbasket bread" which you have to admit is pretty feeble. Btw I'm available as a brand naming consultant and have come up with some award winners such as "pho que" for a vietnamese bbq hybrid concept and "liquor but I hardly know her" for a package store so just let me know
Good food, but please consider some different system for order pickups. Guests don't know if their order is ready upon arrival, and it can be chaotic trying to find out. Also the app said 10 minutes, but it has nearly been an hour since I placed my order.
