THE most disgusting place I've ever been to. Tables. Dirty. Floor. Dirty. Silverware. Dirty. Employees. Loud af. Employees were using the same gloves you use to prepare food to check customers out at the register. I've gotten the same poor experience every time I've come here. Only been coming here because it's in walking distance from where I work and I've been needing soup. Today is my last day.

This is review of the catering and delivery arm of this particular store. Our company tried to use their service over 3 days, once for a small breakfast and twice for lunches. The breakfast order was cancelled at 6:15 AM, despite having been ordered before the close of business on the day before and with no notice other than an email sent. When a replacement order was placed, it will 50 minutes later than promised via DoorDash. (And the store was VERY quick to blame DoorDash and accept no responsibility).For the lunches, one was slightly late. The second day it was a full 90 minutes late with no warning, communication or clarification. When you are working hard to make sure your co-workers are well fed during long meetings, and paying a premium price, better care and communication is the least the store should do. (And no one will answer the phone at the store. 2 straight days of trying to call it has proven that no one picks up at the number listed on the emails and receipts.)And I am still waiting to see what we may get offered in response to a 90 minute delay with no communication to hungry co-workers.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but service sucks. Food is poorly made, drink stand area is unclean, food takes forever to come out, and the staff is genuinely unphased by customers presents, the conversation and language I heard were unacceptable. I wish I didn’t even have to leave 1 star it’s not even deserving of that.

This is 2 days in row that I have ordered. First time at the place second time on line. The wait is ridiculous. Don't tell me the order is ready in 20 minutes when it is 40. So so bad. I would never recommend

Staff only wears masks around chin or hanging from ears. What's the point of even having the mask if it's hanging from your ear?Otherwise service is extremely slow. Over 30 minutes for a sandwich.

This place is gross and not what I remember when I was here like 3 years ago. Place is obscenely dirty (entire floor is sticky and tables are covered in crumbs). Place is either understaffed or employees just don't want to be doing anything. My order took 45 mins to 1 hour to receive and I'm pretty sure everyone else's did too. Pagers were out. No one (literally 0 employees) taking orders at the front. Walls are dirty and have a bunch of cracked paint. Everything is just dirty, gross, and inefficient. Never coming back

Should not even get a star! Except for the 1 poor lady being the only one working food service their today on this Friday lunch time rush. 1 person working, waited nearly an hour for my order. Skimped on order due to rush. Never again will I go to this location. So disappointing as this is such an important Atlanta location

Reliably unreliable. They don't understand how to do rapid pickup. Every time I'm here they put the food on the normal counter. Half of the time they haven't started our order, miss items, and get entire entrees wrong. They've been out of napkins for a couple of months and are now out of toilet paper as well.

The food is fine. The accuracy of the orders is not. Twice I've ordered lunch for delivery from the Sandy Springs location, and twice they've gotten the sides wrong or completely omitted them. I don't think whoever puts the order together is actually reading the order. I've had this same issue with other Paneras.

Unimpressed. WiFi is not working, limited availability of food, serving cold house coffee, and decor needs some maintenance. I am sitting at a table with an non-working outlet, and a sheet of paper covering the outlet. Microwave looks like it has not been cleaned. I hope management reads this review b/c this Panera is not representing the brand well. Worst Panera experience ever.

Man is this place dirty or what? Cashier is playing with her 4 foot long braids right over the bagels and bread items. Every table looks as pictured. We love Panera at home but this is disgusting.

I placed a large order on the Panera website and received one item out of everything I ordered. I have spent today calling 11 times throughout the day to the store and no one is answering. They have countless times messed up my orders before and I have let it go but this is unacceptable to pay 35$ for a toasted bagel. Im a die hard Panera person but the last several months this store has ruined it for me. 9/10 times my order is wrong or missing parts to it and when In store they are rude when you have to ask for what you ordered or the bagels missing out of the dozen that I get shorted.

First off I ordered curbside pick up and they allowed the dine in to park in their 2 pick up spots. I had to run in to get my food. Second, the person starts to put tea in cups and I stated that I ordered the jug of tea. She informed me she was out. I feel I should have been told this before hand or had the website stating that they are out. Two huge cups will not keep for days in my fridge. Thirdly, my breakfast sandwich was horrible. The egg was put in one corner and torn to pieces, their was one small piece of avocado???? and no salt and pepper put on it and the spinach was all in the container and not the sandwich. Lastly, my Madagascar Latte had no flavoring, she gave me a flavorless latte. I have never been so disappointed. I love the restaurant, but have never been to this location and never will again!

King, James and Trey were superb! Customer service skill are excellent! I drive all the way from midtown just to come to this location! Keep them around! They'll take this location far!
