The manager is an extremely rude mad with a bad attitude. I stood at the front to order and he and 3 other employees stood around and ignored me for 5 minutes then rudely said they don’t take orders and I have to order on the kiosk or my phone. I left and they cursed me out and laughed at me

Came here for a quick meal being in the area.
Food was average. I had a 2 with the Freanch Onion soup and a French Dipper that scored me a second cup of soup. That service was worth the star.
One observation that I found disturbing. Since when did Georgia Health dept drop the need for full hair coverings of food prep and handling cooks and preparer?
Backward ball caps, a bandana with hair hanging to the waist, mustache and goatee. No hairnetting in sight or use.
This is in a medical establishment!

Not a good image for either place or staff.

Heads up. No where online does it mention this location is closed to the general public. Patients and doctors/hospital staff only. Unless you order through a delivery app. Security guards at the front are over zealous. Be prepared to tell them to kick rocks.

Kiosk order only on the day I went. The menu was easy to navigate. I went a bit after the lunch rush so everything was easy. They had a huge monitor displaying my order status which was nice. Good sandwich but probably a little too much for what it was. Not sure if this location charges more for being in a hospital.

Food was good, attitude of the woman behind the counter not so good... looks like she's mad at everyone... bad way to deal with customers... try being more friendly to your customers !

Needed food for someone in the hospital near closing time. The team was great and responsive, but Ralph was especially positive and helpful! I’m grateful for the service we received.

Good food. Good workers. Clean store. Priced a little too high but good food none the less.

It was near closing at 12 am, and the workers were busy but still nice. Being in the hospital, you never know how a smile makes you feel like someone cares. The food was fresh and good. Turkey sandwich and chicken noodle soup. Like a warm hug.

They didn’t have anyone working the register who could help with orders. The automated kiosks were the only option.

Wife in Piedmont, been walking down the street, tonight I thought I would try Panera Bread. Great choice. Cheesesteak on Ciabata spot on.

When I got my sandwich, a young African American man recognized me from Wednesday and Thursday at Jimmy John's across the street. Of all the people he has seen in last four days, he remembered me. Very polite. Very professional. I neglected to get his name but he deserves some recognition.

Went in later, told his name is Billy. Thanks Billy.

The Panera at Piedmont is perhaps the best one in the entire city! They are ON. THE. BALL. These folks hustle!! And not only are they fast, they are ACCURATE!! I've been at the hospital with a family member all week and I've eaten here more times than I can count. Kudos to the whole staff for being courteous and quick and clean!!
