The man behind the counter for food pick up is incredibly rude. He asked me what I wanted. I replied that I was waiting for my food orrder. I had ordered at the kiosk. He asked the same question again and gave me a very high attitudinal look. He is either incompetent or just sassy rude.

For being a bit short staffed, I was impressed with the service I got at this Panera. The employees were so friendly and wonderful. Shout out to W for going above and beyond on a busy day to ensure I was happy with my order. He noticed I ordered a coffee later in the day and offered to freshly brew some for me.

Note this Panera is located within Piedmont hospital, next to the Starbucks. On the day I visited, they had signs up directing everyone to order via kiosk - I suppose due to staffing. There was quite a line for ordering in kiosk (noon, lunch time). Luckily I had pre-ordered on the app.
I had to ask for more avocado on the chicken bacon avocado sandwich as there was only one small slice on it. They did provide more without much fuss.
I also ordered the Fuji salad but haven’t eaten it yet so can’t comment on it,
I personally think other Panera locations are much better. But I imagine everyone who visits this one is because they are in Piedmont hospital campus and it’s just convenient
Dietary restrictions: I wish they had gluten free items but they don’t. You have to stick to salads or removing bread from sandwiches
Parking: It’s at Piedmont so you have to navigate that parking situation, no free Panera parking

Was recommended to try this restaurant and received the worst service ever out of all the restaurants I've visited. I can deal with the lukewarm food, but the service was horrendous. I asked one of the employees (black with short dreads tied in a bun and obviously gay) how much longer on my order and he responded "the same time I said last time". Very nasty disposition/attitude. If he doesn't want to work there, he needs to find another line of work. I would rather visit a restaurant with mediocre food and great customer service than eat at a restaurant with good food but poor service from its employees.

The staff lazy!! The lady manager is VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! They need to FIRE the whole staff!! My avacodo on my salad is brown!! One of the dudes that was there had no respect!! The young lady that was there acting like she couldnt comprehend . I asked nicely for 2 more ranches and the lady manager told one of the dudes give me 2 more ranches with her hand out and attitude!! I will make it my business tommorow for this kind of behavior not be tolerated when I spent my money there!! Horrible Horrible Horrible service I’ve ever had in my entire life!! Please get rid of the staff!! Please !! 🙏

Employee W is amazing. Employee B has a terrible attitude. I order my food with a 2 day old employee taking orders. Very nice person. However, my order is wrong. I pick up my sandwich and it’s wrong. They remake it but with allot of attitude. There is no screen to verify the order so with that said, it is not the customers fault when something is wrong.
Maybe you should have someone shadowing the new person in the future. Maybe realize your restaurant is in a hospital and people are stressed. Clearly your staff could benefit from reading the book Compasionomics. The staff clearly doesn’t care because of the amount of money they’re pulling in. I’ve personally spent $150 in 3 days. Guess they don’t need my money.

This place needs to be shut down permanently!!! The customer service is horrible! I waited 26 minutes for an Avocado Toast with no bagel seasoning only to have to wait longer cause the lady said she gave my order to someone else by mistake. WOW! One person ahead of me when I placed my order. But others behind me were served. Maybe if she wasn’t having inside conversations with coworkers about who’s attitude she won’t tolerate and for her coworker not to let management run her out of there, she could get my order right. You have employees with long red ponytails swinging back and forth. You have another one with long long braids in the way. Come on people!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!!!! Unsanitary food practices with the hair being exposed. Sorry, nothing good to say about this place. Eat at your own risk.
