11/11/2025 I would like to thank Shante who was on the register tonight! ( I know I misspelled your name my apologies) After going in for pick up and asking the girl Cory for a bag she wasn't willing to assist me. She said that they only had a small bag.
I did say plastic bag however, my point was any bag with handles. Pick up just places the food in a sac bag and then you have the drink making it challenging to carry. Store should do better at packaging to go orders. But unfortunately, they do not care to.

Recently visited this location for some takeout and was kind of disappointed at the size of the sandwiches we were given when I got home I realized they forgot our baguette as well, which was disappointing spending nearly $15 apiece I really didn’t feel full after the meal (got a pick 2 - soup and sandwich) the food we did receive was good Quality and yummy but proportions were excessively small.

Never have any bagels. Came in around 1030 am and they were already out of ALL bagels literally only 1-4 left. Very disappointing and disorganized. The manager should be ashamed of themselves. Horrible way to operate a store. I wonder if corporate knows this is there norm at this location.

Everyone is battling something. How we start our day is often the most influential factor of how the rest of our day will go. When I walked into Pandora, I was not greeted. I had to be the one to break the awkward silence by saying good morning. And the response I received was, we open in one minute. After receiving my order, I noticed my latte was not filled to the top as usual. I also received no utensils or condiments, when I usually do. I was afraid to approach the server because it already felt like I wasn't wanted there or that I was asking for too much. I had to ask for a knife, butter, and a full cup of coffee. It was an uncomfortable experience and even though I wasn't rude, I have wonder if my food is safe to eat. Worst feeling.

Had a truly frustrating experience this morning at this Panera Bread around 10 AM. We specifically asked for a buzzer but weren’t given one—our food was left sitting at the counter and only called out once while we were sitting at the back having a meeting. When I approached to ask about it, the young woman behind the counter responded with unnecessary attitude and remade the order, only to bring it over even more rudely. In the process, she spilled one of the drinks on the table and chair, and it splashed on my hand and jeans. She didn’t apologize, and walked away without cleaning it up. I had to wipe the chair myself to make sure no one else sat in it. This is basic customer service—respect and attentiveness should never be optional. Panera needs to seriously improve their training and service standards at this location. I don’t recommend it.

Pretty standard Panama Bread fare. Food is pretty consistent, but portions are a little small. This is a nice store and setting. Outdoor seating is great for mild weather. Fortunately they have someone to take your order at the counter. I dislike the cumbersome and slow navigation of the order kiosks.
