The worse experience I've ever had at any Panera Bread was today. The most unorganized and unprofessional staff I've encountered. Ordered online and since the restaurant is just across the street from my workplace, I didn't leave to pick up my order until after I received email confirmation that it was ready. After waiting 20 minutes longer for my order once I got there, which took all of 5 minutes to walk, the staff preparing it tried to blame me for the delay. While waiting as someone had to check their computer system, the young lady at the register was quite unfriendly and inattentive to my inquiries concerning my "lost" order. I won't be a return customer at this location, regardless of its convenience to my job.

I sat in the booth despite the bottom seat being extremely worn. Wall behind me had nice pictures; however, another wall had lots of chips in paint and no pictures. It wasn't busy when I got there (around 9am); but I never heard them call my name when they put my food on the counter. I finally walked up to check on it and saw it was mine; however, I still had to ask for my coffee cup.
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have accessible parking. They've removed some of the previous seating making it easier to navigate inside too.

Literally drove 25 minutes to this location considering others in the Atlanta area are temporarily closed and they were all out of cinnamon crunch bagels. Infact they didn’t have many of any bagels at only 2pm. Horrible service

The lady (I assume the manager) who took my order was rude and I could hardly state the items I wanted without her cutting me off and asking for the name for the order, before I was done, repeatedly. And they GOT MY ORDER WRONG. I paid 30 dollars and got half of what I purchased in the bag they handed me. It didn’t taste particularly good either

Food is fine. It’s Panera it all tastes the same! The service is awful! The staff just talks to each other instead of getting the food ready but they also push your order through so it says that it’s ready on the screen! But when you ask where is it they say it’s not ready yet and the screen doesn’t work! I’m sure they do this so it looks like they are getting food done on time and not wasting time talking to each other the whole time!

This is the restaurant that has the worst manager I have ever seen among your restaurants in Atlanta. So far, in all of them the bread is either warmed up or they heat it up because I asked for it. However, here, a very rude and disrespectful employee did not warm it up and spoke to me in a rude manner. When I asked for the manager of the restaurant, they said does this employee work at this business. If this person (a black woman) really works here, you should really write to this business I am really upset, although businesses usually prioritize customer satisfaction, but the understanding here is that the mood of the staff is prioritized, I think, I don't like it at all.
