If this were the first time I visited a Panera, I would NOT come back. Frontega sandwich was mushy and lukewarm (if that). Onions looked old. Husband ordered a custom sandwich and they added onions (he hates them). Restaurant had moldy (and some missing) ceiling tiles. Do Not Recommend!

Panera needs to update their restaurants. I love the soups but the stores themselves make you lose your appetite due to dated, dirty and dark atmosphere. This one had ok service but not great!

I come here a lot, food is always good, always a seat available, staff has gotten better lately and today it was great. The two gentlemen cooking this morning were slammed busy, but they were courteous kind and helpful and really fast getting the food out, great job today!

Look for your cooks to have their phones on the counter where food is being prepared is unsanitary...And for the manager on duty to walk around like he doesnt see it..is beyond me...smdh...we have to do better....we dont know where your phone has been..but we know it should not be on the food counter where you pass the plates off of....

Carlin(sp?) is a refreshing new manager at a location that has struggled for some time. She described what is planned to improve facility, menu and service. Certainly showed improvement this morning. Glad hear going back to previous egg souffles!
This location is one of the worse Panera restaurants I have attended. I order from all the Panera’s around Georgia and this location might be the WORSE next to Lithonia Panera Bread. Druid Hills Panera did not get 1 single thing right on my order. I doubt they even know how to read at this location. This location is next to Emory so don’t be fooled because of the high traffic, this restaurant is located in a convenient spot next to the all the hospital workers & students. So they stay busy because of the convenience, not because of the service. The service is horrible here.
