I placed an online order for 2 bagels, when I received my delivery order the bagels were EXTREMELY OLD! I made a complaint & received a 15.00 With the credit I decided to try the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with Brown Rice & Quinoa...IT WAS AMAZING!!!!

The food was overpriced for what you got. Barely any chicken on the sandwich. The sauce was great however.

Their Bagels are all delicious. The service was pretty good, they seemed very efficient. The fountain drink was out and limited customers on beverages. The eating area wasn't crowded and I didn't understand the dirty tables limiting choices to sit. The ambiance is that of a cozy and quaint country breakfast.

staff is rude, have attitudes, and also have no idea of the orders they have waiting. very disappointing visit, will not be back to this location. i was told by the app that my order was ready... when i got to the location 10 mins later, they hadn't even started my order yet. Also kept telling me that they did not have an order for me. but when i pointed out my name on the screen, they acted as tho i was seeing things. definitely do not recommend this location just based off of the staff members at the front counter alone.

For a place that should be a goto for a quick lunch meeting or doing work while you eat, the wifi is atrocious. I had to use the nearby Starbucks' wifi WHILE SITTING IN PANTERA. Ugh.

First off ordered a full sandwich and got half. And the half we got was pathetic. High inflation, skimpy ingredients, poor quality.

I go to few different cafes but this one is by far the nastiest. The dinning room is always dirty. Unclean tables and trash on the floors. I don't know why this restaurant can't keep a keep and stocked bathroom either. Today I came in at lunch and the toilets were clogged, seats dirty and stinky clothes are in the trash I'm guessing came form one of the homeless people that are always sleeping in the booths or taking over outdoor seating. The kicker. Management was told and thirty minutes later when I got my food, it was still dirty. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant for it not to have been cleaned.

Disgusting place. I walked in and seen dirty mop water bucket sitting next to the drink stand, dirt all over the walls/floors as if it hasn't been cleaned in a few months. Don't even get me started on the restrooms.... I expected more from Panera bread. Needless to say we did not end up eating there. If they can't even clean the restaurant properly, I can't imagine how they clean the kitchen....

It sucks here. No one cares. The bathrooms are trashed. It's nasty. No one is paid enough to care. There's always trash outside facility. You have to wait to even see anyone behind a counter. Workers don't give af... only one person, her name is Laura. She is the epitome of a an amazing person and employee. Every time.

Our dining selections were two steak and white cheddar cheese sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, onion soup, large green teas, and bagged kettle chips. The sandwich meat could have been sliced thinner for a clean bite instead of pulling all of the meat out of the sandwich with the first bite. The chicken noodle soup was good. The onion soup tasted good initially, but had an aftertaste during the meal that lingered for the rest of the afternoon. It's almost like the onions may have been partially burned during the caramelization cook process. Folks don't realize it, but making good onion soup is an art. The green tea was good. Kettle chips are OK if you like them. Our thoughts, your taste buds may differ.
