They were not busy at the the counter or anything like that.They refunded me for the fruit cup with a calm demeanor AFTER I had to read of my card information.No apology.Just said it was an oversight.No apology. Not what I like.

Nice sandwich shop with quality food. Panera serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads and soups with a nice selection of sides. Lunch was about $15 each for a Mac and cheese bowl and a 1/3 sandwich-soup combo with coffee and ice tea.Parking: Located in a shopping center with plenty of free parking in front.

Great place, but I believe there needs to be more outlets installed. It doesn’t make sense that at a cafe where there are many people that come in with laptops, the barely have outlets. More needs to be installed on the ground or on the wall.

I was surprised i waited 35 minutes for my order and I got skipped. Looks like they have a full staff but it was unorganized. I'm not what happened, they usually are pretty good but today I was disappointed.

Only issue I have when they make my grilled cheese... there is a reason it's called a grilled cheese.. bread isn't even tosted just the crust the other part is plain like just came out the loaf of bread..

I went to Panera today on my lunch, order a Chicken avocado melt, when I got my sandwich it was only 1/4 of the sandwich. which do not equal to a half. I order 1/2 sandwich , the young man show me the bread they used right, so he stated they cut bread into 2 halved then cut the bread into 1/4, but still sold the sandwich for have price, Now is thire math off.

I always visit Panera in multiple locations. But this food hit differently, the presentation was awesome and the taste great as well.
I ordered 2 cups of soups, tomato & chicken noodle. The cups were filled halfway.....HALFWAY on both soups. It's already a cup size and this was bad. I should have just ask them to pour the ladle in my mouth...same amount. So disappointed. I usual love these soup when they are filled in the cup. I am highly disappointed. The place was clean. Only positive thing.

This is the first time I've been to this location and it is large and roomy! The food was yummy and delicious as usual. Broccoli and cheddar soup and Fuji Apple Chicken Salad were perfect. Plus they're playing great music - and at the right sound level!

Remember when Panera use to be good? I barely remember it. This usually happens when the CEO sells the company to a large conglomerate who cares about maximizing profits above all else. It happen to Panera Bread and eventually it will happen to your favorite brand. My wife had a coupon for a $7 soup and sandwich. It was terrible. The soup was too salty. I's comparable with Campbells or Progresso soup. The steak sandwich itself was soggy and tiny. The meat covered half the bread. The wife ordered online for pickup and it was still not ready despite the app saying it was ready. Maybe we shouldn't have come 30 min before they close. Maybe Panera is just trash. Would I come here again? $7 for soup and sandwich actually felt overpriced.
