Man I’m really pissed off because I feel like I pay my money for just simple common service. So I order my pizza go to pick it up and my box is wide open I ask for my order and the girl with the big lashes brings me the open box. I ask is that my order with the box wide open she get an attitude and say sometimes the box don’t close and tells me you can look at it. So I wouldn’t lose my cool I took the pizza when I go to look at it all the toppings I asked for isn’t even on it. I usually don’t leave reviews but this situation got me fire hot and I just got to accept it to avoid conflict and I hate that for myself. Do better yall as human beings because it’s getting ridiculous the way store treats customers and even operate !

Absolutely unacceptable service — avoid this location at all costs.
I placed an order at 6:00 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 6:45–7:00 PM. It is now 8:30 PM and the order STILL has not arrived. Nearly 2.5 hours for a simple delivery is ridiculous. What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication or updates from the store. No explanation, no status changes, nothing.
This experience has been a total waste of time and has genuinely ruined my appetite. I strongly advise that you do not route any deliveries from this Papa John’s location. Choose a different store or order from another restaurant entirely. This location clearly has no regard for customers’ time or basic service quality

Order took an hour, then they gave the incorrect address to DoorDash. Called in to explain the situation and the dude argued with me, telling me I put the address in wrong when I was literally reading exactly the address that was on my order... I had to repeat myself about 3 times before they finally agreed to deliver the pizza again (to the correct address).

I work at a school nearby and we use this location frequently. I have never received good service from this location. The pizza is always late. Once it arrives the pizza is usually cold. If you try to call and get answers the staff members are usually dismissive.

The manager Tavon on duty was very rude and sassy doing my order the whole time never even bothered to take my name so I can know when the order was done .. instead walking around with headphones and bare hands prepping my dough

gotta shout out the team that worked the night of the superbowl for holding down the fort with insane traffic. everyone was kind and handled the rush so well :,) i applaud them
Refused to take our order for the carry out special after trying multiple upsells. Said we should hang up and call back later. We asked to speak to a manager and they put us on hold indefinitely.

The pizza here is great and I was told tasted well. Because of the founder's unfortunate views on The Plight of Black People in the The New World, I soured on eating at this merchant. (How does racism still exist in America and at the same time those same racist gaslight you to believe you have not been systematically targeted to not be as successful or 60+ years of "Affirmative Action" programs have corrected 310+ years discrimination based in melanin by Our Founding Fathers?)
Slowly, with the new changes and menu items by Shaquille O'Neal, I appreciate them more. I still only pick it up or eat if somebody else pays for it.
