The pizza here is great and I was told tasted well. Because of the founder's unfortunate views on The Plight of Black People in the The New World, I soured on eating at this merchant. (How does racism still exist in America and at the same time those same racist gaslight you to believe you have not been systematically targeted to not be as successful or 60+ years of "Affirmative Action" programs have corrected 310+ years discrimination based in melanin by Our Founding Fathers?)
Slowly, with the new changes and menu items by Shaquille O'Neal, I appreciate them more. I still only pick it up or eat if somebody else pays for it.
I do not buy with my own money.

My experience here was really disappointing. When I asked if my order was ready, the lady at the counter with the unpleasant red lipstick got an attitude and said, “People ordered before you,” but I noticed people who ordered after me were getting their food first. Eventually, another employee decided to check the system and realized my order wasn’t even there, even though I had called it in before I came. Definitely need better organization and customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Papa John’s. I called ahead to place my order, and the staff assured me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I left work and drove to the location, but when I arrived, I was told that my order hadn’t been submitted. The staff was not only unhelpful but also rude in their response. Their attitude was completely unprofessional, and the situation was handled poorly. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.
