The service from this location is quite unbelievable and not in a good way. The ordering process is simple and efficient, but that is where the fun ends. Despite receiving a text message saying my order was delivered AND handed to me, it never was. I called the store and requested to speak with a manager - ended up speaking with a young lady with a terrible and hateful attitude. Even before I was able to explain my issue (non-delivery), the lady, and that is putting it mildly, immediately tells me that my order is being remade. Uh, what? The store associate goes in a tirade telling me that they are very, very busy. Later in that same call she says my order was given to the driver. Ok, so which is it? Remaking my order or just handed to the driver? I was totally gaslit. I was just looking for clarification since the text said it was delivered and I tracked the delivery online. Store associate #1 proceeds to hangup on me. Wait around the lobby of my building for another 1/2 hour - still no pizza. Called the store a second time and speak with a second employee whose attitude was worse than the first, if that is possible. Employee #2 also wouldn't hand me to a manager because he was "busy making pizzas." Seriously, where do they find these customer-focused employees?! Gaslighting continues and employee #2 also hangs up on me - must be core part of their training. All I wanted was the status of my $24 order! I suspect my order sailed through when the store and kitchen was in a total meltdown. Their partnership with Door Dash doesn't enhance the experience either. Seems they lose control of orders and last mile service. The employees clearly hate their life, their job, or both. I suspect my order was delivered to someone with a similar name and their processes to deal with those sorts of situations aren't clear or dysfunctional. When delivered, quality of the product is alright - it is consistent which is something that matters to me. If you are intent on ordering from this location your best option would be to place it for pickup. I ended up filing a complaint with corporate but no one ever followed-up or issued a credit for the order. How is this location still operational? Does anyone there even care? I seriously thought about filing a police report given how it is a crime to accept monies for a product or service you knowingly won't deliver. That is called FRAUD. This place should be shut down temporarily until all employees can be retrained and their relationship with Door Dash reevaluated.

First time trying papa jones and its the last time!!! Gave them 2hrs to make pizza and they made the nastiest pizza ever with uncooked dough. End up throwing away the whole pizza. ? NOT GOING THERE EVER!!!!

second time in a row where I order delivery and I paid extra for additional items only for them to forget. Pizza is always cut uneven/ terribly. No compensation and can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. I don’t know what is going on in the kitchen, but they better fix it.

I placed an order through the app at 5:35, and they marked my delivery as delivered when it was not. I didn’t even get a text or a call or anything so it’s a good thing I checked Papa Track. Even if they delivered it and it was stolen (which is extremely unlikely), that wouldn’t have happened if they followed my delivery instructions.To make it worse, I called the store and they hung up the phone before speaking to me. Then when I called back, whoever was on the other end of the line had a nasty attitude. He said they remaking my order to be delivered to me, but I don’t believe that for even a second so I’m about to go up there.I’ll be complaining to corporate regardless.

This has been a nightmare trying to get a pizza delivered from this place. I placed an order for a pizza and they told me twice that it had been delivered. Only to wait for 2 hrs and they’re only 1 mile from my house. Hopefully I get it in this third time. Worst experience ever ordering pizza

I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to store 1086!! I called a couple of days ago to place a large order for an office pre-super bowl party. I can’t say enough how much they did to get us the best pizza we have had in a long time!! I was told they were really busy but they would do all they could to get me the pizza as soon as possible! We ordered 9 large pizzas with different toppings and every pizza was correct! Just know you guys will be our “go to” pizza place! Thank you so much!!

Pizza is always good from here but don't bother asking for square cut they might be slammed everytime I order (they're still human) mistakes happen. Overall my pizza is always delicious and they never forget the garlic ?
