The manager who works there is so unprofessional. As soon as I walked into this establishment she immediately accused me of not paying for pizza from a previous time. Didn't even greet me or anything. I never left the place with any pizza. As a manager you should have a certain customer service and the way she made me feel. My family and. I always ordering from this location but I will NEVER order here again.

Received a simple cheese pizza that was unusually messed up. Seemed as if they didn't care being it was delivery. Kids were hungry so my wife decided to just request a refund and add our own cheeses to the missing spots instead of waiting for another being this one took an hour plus to get. FYI we live 2 miles away smh.

Pretty pathetic excuse for a pizza. The dough in the middle of the pie was so thin it might've well not been there. Asked for well done but this had a burnt taste, which I'm guessing means they ran it through the oven two times instead of one and a half. I also think the dough had been sitting on the baking tray for quite a while since there were deep indentations on the bottom, which might explain why it was so thin. I remember now why I stopped ordering PJ's. One star added because they remembered my extra sauce, which somewhat saved the pizza. ??

We've been waiting for a pizza for 2 hours. Papa Johns is 6 doors down from us, in our plaza. Now they calling saying that can't find store. Just horrible service. ?In our own plaza . And I ordered garlic sauce and paid $.89 for it and didn't get that. Just keeps getting worst, Nor our discount that we get for being in the plaza.

I have ordered from this Papa John’s for years & everything always arrive piping hot & perfect. When DoorDash Drivers deliver, the items are always lukewarm & they frequently miss items, even a whole pizza… When I mentioned this to our DoorDash Driver, he directed me back to the store & didn’t take responsibility. I’ve seen the drivers pick up at other restaurants & they know what they’re picking up & they can choose to have an insulated bag to keep the food hot - if they choose to get one. In addition, I requested contactless delivery for a reason & they always call and want to hand the items to us personally. Maybe if I see it’s a DoorDash driver. I will skip ordering the next time… And delivery fee & tip was already paid.
Absolutely horrible. I will never order from this establishment again. I don’t even want to talk about it just look at the picture. Never

This place is a joke. Ordered online for a pickup. When my order was ready myself and about 10 other customers had to wait 30mins before anyone would acknowledge anyone waiting. In fact it took someone asking if they were going to help any of us waiting to get one of the employees attention.One of the cooks did come up snapping that it would be 30 mins because they were behind and he quickly ran back to the back area.I'd just go somewhere else unless you like pizza that sits under a heat lamp for 45mins while the lazy staff does all they can not to deal with you. I know I'll never order from here again.
