Pretty pathetic excuse for a pizza. The dough in the middle of the pie was so thin it might've well not been there. Asked for well done but this had a burnt taste, which I'm guessing means they ran it through the oven two times instead of one and a half. I also think the dough had been sitting on the baking tray for quite a while since there were deep indentations on the bottom, which might explain why it was so thin. I remember now why I stopped ordering PJ's. One star added because they remembered my extra sauce, which somewhat saved the pizza. ??

We've been waiting for a pizza for 2 hours. Papa Johns is 6 doors down from us, in our plaza. Now they calling saying that can't find store. Just horrible service. ?In our own plaza . And I ordered garlic sauce and paid $.89 for it and didn't get that. Just keeps getting worst, Nor our discount that we get for being in the plaza.

I have ordered from this Papa John’s for years & everything always arrive piping hot & perfect. When DoorDash Drivers deliver, the items are always lukewarm & they frequently miss items, even a whole pizza… When I mentioned this to our DoorDash Driver, he directed me back to the store & didn’t take responsibility. I’ve seen the drivers pick up at other restaurants & they know what they’re picking up & they can choose to have an insulated bag to keep the food hot - if they choose to get one. In addition, I requested contactless delivery for a reason & they always call and want to hand the items to us personally. Maybe if I see it’s a DoorDash driver. I will skip ordering the next time… And delivery fee & tip was already paid.

Please tip extra special to this crew when ordering. I guarantee you will love your hot Pizza!It’s hard to find a good pizza joint, this is it.
This place is a joke. Ordered online for a pickup. When my order was ready myself and about 10 other customers had to wait 30mins before anyone would acknowledge anyone waiting. In fact it took someone asking if they were going to help any of us waiting to get one of the employees attention.One of the cooks did come up snapping that it would be 30 mins because they were behind and he quickly ran back to the back area.I'd just go somewhere else unless you like pizza that sits under a heat lamp for 45mins while the lazy staff does all they can not to deal with you. I know I'll never order from here again.
The manager, Bobby is as professional as they come. I will always order from this location due to his professionalism. When something goes wrong, he doesn’t take the low road and play the blame game. He makes it right. What a stand up guy.

They Charged my daughter card twice! I Called to speak with someone, got put on hold for almost 30 minutes. I Called back and some rude girl picks up the phone talking fast explaining with a very condescending tone that she’s the only one there and she has 30 pizzas to make and hung up the phone! this was at 10:30am! Mam be foreal 30 pizzas at 10am at papa johns? Girl please! The professionalism is at zero! Do better! Having nasty rude workers will definitely hurt your business!

We ordered pizza at around 5:45pm. Our estimated time was 6:45-6:59 for delivery. It was about 6:50 and we got a text from door dash saying it was canceled. Which is weird because we ordered through papa johns website not door dash. We called and spoke to a guy who said he was waiting on a driver to come back and we should get the order in 10-15min. 20 more min go by and nothing so we called back. A very kind girl answered and said that they would remake it and that she could change it to pick up. We waited about 20 more min and went to pick it up.The guy who had answered the phone originally answered the phone came up to the Register and he was already on the defense. He said he couldn’t find our order. Then said he sent it out and asked if we got it. Then said if we really wanted it he could start it all over. I was confused thinking the food was already cooking or some made some not, I asked “ from the beginning !” And he rolled his eyes and said “ no from half way! Yes from the beginning” as if I was D**** We then just asked for a refund and he acted so relieved and was like yep that’s easier!It had been 2 hours from the time we ordered. And it was just disappointing that the rude response we got.

We placed an order for delivery, 50 mins later we checked the tracker and it said cancelled so we called the store to see what was up. The manager responded they were just waiting for another driver but not to worry our food would be delivered in 10-15mins. No problem. 20 mins goes by no delivery, so I called the store again and a different person answered. She said she was called in and would try to figure out what was going on. Came back to the phone and said they had to remake your order pizza is in the oven now come to the store in 20 mins. So again no problem. We even changed our order from delivery to pick up since they must be under staffed.We show up to the store and now they can’t find our order at all! This is a full 2 hours later. The guy was super rude about our wait and said what do you want me to do about it, do you want to wait for it? He mocked us as well and after that o said just give me a refund and he said fantastic……WORST service ever
