Order was right it just came out cold had to make a trip back and have it made again. Customer service could be much better. Starting with management fine tune what’s going on . Get the rating up get a better health inspection score. That’s major this can be soooo much better

Ordered online Friday 11/21 and part of it wasn't ready. In fact, unbeknownst to me, it had been left off for some reason. Brandon, the new manager, is the one who noticed and addressed it with me and took care of me in the process. He was very apologetic and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Really good guy.

I experienced very unprofessional customer service during my visit. The entire team appeared to be out of uniform, and my DoorDash order was not ready upon arrival. I was initially told to wait five minutes, then an additional eight minutes, while one of the employees was visibly scrolling on his phone instead of attending to orders.
Another customer had to remind the employee to put on gloves before handling food, which is concerning. While waiting, I also noticed that the front area was extremely dirty, including the ceiling, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation standards in a food service environment.

Kids wanted pizza and wings....pizza was good....the boneless buffalo wings were a whole disappoinment....guess they ran out of sauce or maybe rationing it....it was regular nuggets with a splash of buffalo sauce....back to the competition

I am giving 1 star because the review doesn't allow me to leave 0 stars, which is what the Cascade Papa Johns deserves. Placed an order for delivery through the Papa Johns app, never received though the app said it was delivered. I called the store and spoke to the most rude manager in all of my 54 yrs, who told me I was a problem because I wanted the order I paid for. He said is name was Jayden and refused to give his last name and refused to send out another order. So unprofessional and would not recommend this Papa Johns to my worst enemy. Hopefully, I will receive a refund in a couple of days. I will update this post if I don't receive it.

The have very bad costumes service. I’m so pissed off for this service. When I try to order the gays when they take orders they so rude. On top of that I do get what ever I order. I will never ever go that’s place.

They left an entire pizza off of my order and said they would deliver a new one to make up for it and never did. I was on hold for 10 minutes. And one of the garlic sauces exploded in the box. Terrible service just order from a different papa John’s.

Placed my order in the Cascade store. My order was taken promptly. I had one specific request small but it was what I wanted no black olives. Order was ready as requested in 20 minutes just as I ordered. Thanks Papa John's .
