The have very bad costumes service. I’m so pissed off for this service. When I try to order the gays when they take orders they so rude. On top of that I do get what ever I order. I will never ever go that’s place.

They left an entire pizza off of my order and said they would deliver a new one to make up for it and never did. I was on hold for 10 minutes. And one of the garlic sauces exploded in the box. Terrible service just order from a different papa John’s.

Placed my order in the Cascade store. My order was taken promptly. I had one specific request small but it was what I wanted no black olives. Order was ready as requested in 20 minutes just as I ordered. Thanks Papa John's .

Canceled my food order without notifying me.They said a refund was being issued in 2 to 3 days.My 5 children are sitting up waiting for a pizza that was never going to come.They have poor customer and said they couldn't deliver to my address.I have ordered from this store multiple times.Today is the last time I will ever order here.

My mother and I ordered the Garden Veggie pizza. One is a small and the other is a medium. Whoever made these pizzas literally dumped vegetables in the center of the pizza, instead of all throughout the pizza. If you look closely you can see that cheese was missing on one slice of the pizzas and was covered in veggies to hide the fact. The only good thing that came out of this is the server who placed my order over the phone because he gave me a discount.
*update* The pepper was dry and hard, almost plastic like texture with no juice to it. The garlic dipping sauce had no flavor. The pizza had minimal flavor, and the only thing that gave it flavor was the special season packet and Parmesan cheese I sprinkled on top. The vegetables that were on the pizza tasted slimy and flavorless. My stomach is tight and aching and I highly recommend NOT TO EAT HERE! There needs to be new management or it needs to shut down all together!

I ordered online, followed the instructions regarding when my order was ready via text messages. Upon arrival, I was told my order was not ready. Lacking customer service, including inadequate staff. Nothing against children_but the employees appeared to be minors with inept supervision.

Don’t waste your time at this location. There’s always a long wait for your food (but no line -make that make sense), 0 customer service and they’re completely unsanitary. No hair nets, no gloves and I watched them play on their phones, take payment and open a door before returning to the kitchen area without washing their hands or putting on a pair of gloves. Wasted 2 hours of my time and left with no food. Never again
