This is the most horrible service I’ve ever received! Let me walk you through the entire situation:
I ordered pizza for a work meeting scheduled for 12:30 PM. I called at 10 AM to place the order, requesting it to be delivered by 12 PM.
At 12:05 PM, I called the store for an update, but they didn’t pick up. After four attempts, they finally answered, stating they were busy, and my order was in the oven and should be ready in about five minutes. By then, it was 12:15 PM, and I accepted this.
At 12:55 PM, my order still hadn’t arrived, so I called again. The lady on the phone said, “I don’t know” when I asked for an update. I then asked to speak to a manager, and she replied, “You’re speaking to her.”
I explained that my order had been in the oven since 12:15 PM, and there was a long silence. When I mentioned that my meeting had already started 35 minutes ago, she asked, “Would you like a refund?” I explained that I needed food for my meeting, which I ordered three hours ago. She then hung up on me.
I attempted to call back eight times, but no one answered.
This experience was beyond frustrating. The staff was extremely rude, including the delivery driver. Please see the attachment for examples of how the staff communicated with me.
This was absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

This is the worst papa johns. They never get the order correct, they never answer the phone and when they do, they will hang up the phone if they don't have an answer instead of communicating.

One person working in the store. What is going on man
Entire staff was incompetent. Robots would have done a better job. Literally stood in the store for 10 mins prior to demanding that my presence be acknowledged. Then after requesting to order was told there was no one who could take my order. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had a terrible experience at this location. New manager and staff needed. It’s sad because I try to support this area but this location makes it hard.
I walked inside and an employee was coming out from behind the service area. I looked her in her eyes and said, “hey, how you doin today?” to which she replied with an eye roll and continued talking quietly as though she was on a phone call with her headset on. When another employee from the back shouted “are you [my name],” I responded, “yes, sir! How you doin today?” He gave me no response either, did not make eye contact or anything beyond silently getting my order and bringing it around to me.

Ordered an extra large well done pepperoni pizza with a few additional toppings for close to $30, what I got was a barely cooked pizza without a single pepperoni.

Could improve the menu for more variety
I’d like to see more Leafy Salads. Better quality and variety of wings, wings not properly cooked. Underdone. Sauce on pizza crust could taste better if they wanted, but they really don’t care. Last pizza their made me sick, and was cold.

Every time I order, the food is burnt. When I called to complain about the food being burnt, you can hear the smoke detector going off. They’re very nice. But they burn your food.

ok so i ordered a pizza very late at night and they made it no problem but the doordash driver stole my pizza. i went to the store and the manager although no fault of theirs told me what most likely happened and offered to send me a pizza the next day. the next day the store called me to verify my order and to make sure i still wanted it delivered. the also added a soda at no extra charge for the inconvenience. i’m very impressed with the customer service and the kindest shown to me when they could’ve been really horrible. thank you so much for being great and giving fantastic service.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by Papa John’s. I placed an order for 20 pizzas at 11:48 AM and paid a total of $185. However, my order was delivered three hours late, and to make matters worse, only 5 pizzas arrived.
When I spoke to the manager, she mentioned that she would have canceled the order due to the circumstances. This reflects poorly on Papa John's, especially given the busy nature of the day. I had hoped for a reliable service, but instead, we faced a significant inconvenience.
To ensure that we received the pizzas we had paid for, we had to dispatch both a delivery driver and a representative from our business. What’s worse is that the quality of the pizzas was subpar. I have taken pictures to document the unacceptable state of the food, which contradicts the high standards I associate with your brand.
I am eager to reach a swift resolution to this issue. I have already contacted corporate but have not received any feedback yet. Additionally, discussions with the store's management have not yielded a satisfactory outcome. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

Terrible! Zero stars
The ladies who work the front were trying their best. I appreciate them. However I stood here for 30min waiting on 2 large cheese & 1 pepperoni. As I watched others wait and wait.. online, phone, or DoorDash order will take hours… it makes no sense.. they need more ovens, workers, and organization
