My pizza was marked as delivered and it never came! Now, I’m in the bed staving and it’s 12:46am and i’m in tears almost! I waited over an hour and I just want to go to sleep on a full stomach. I’m so hungry! How could they do this?!?!

We ordered a large pizza and they gave us a medium after we waited 20+ mins when online said our order was ready. Honestly just go to a different location or a different pizza joint entirely

We read bad reviews on this place. We were expecting disaster for our 4 pizzas. Instead, it was ready on time and completely correct. We were pleasantly surprised. I think you should give them a chance.

Just don’t, the service was alright I can understand the wait I guess but not the product this is the 3rd time our bread twists and sticks had nothing on them, just bread. And the pizza? No sauce at all.

Horrible service. Still had to wait on my order 40 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready. The girl behind the counter kept lying saying it was coming out and never was made. 6/19 around 10:45 PM. Don’t recommend going at night. The manger was leaving with her food and the cook while customers were standing around waiting.

On May 2,2025 I had a taste for some delicious pizza thin crust but In the mix of me given the young lady my order I was waiting for her to get my card but she told me they the other guy will come and cash me out. So while I was waiting patiently, I was looking at the 2 guys making other customers pizza neither one of the guys wasn't wearing any gloves that was Nasty, unsanitantize & very disgusting. This is how people get sick because you guys are handling customers food with no gloves. I should have called the health department but sense I didn't pay I walked out after seeing you guys working with no gloves period. Papa John need to get it together train you worker the correct way or closed the place down. Only in the black area...

I got two large pizzas that were reasonably priced. I arrived well after the pizzas were made, and it still took the cashiers a long while to give me the pizzas. She did remember the soda that was a plus. But the pizzas weren't well made. All the toppings were smack dead in the center of the pizza and it was seriously lacking tomato sauce 😑

Pizza said it should be ready by 11:21, showed up & was given a 10 minute wait. Shopped next door at Kroger & came back just to wait another 45 minutes.

I rarely write poor reviews, but this is ridiculous. This order was for students at school & they barely will have time to enjoy it.

(Will rather traffic & no parking from midtown)
*workers also don’t wear gloves/have to be called to the front desk for service

This is the most horrible service I’ve ever received! Let me walk you through the entire situation:

I ordered pizza for a work meeting scheduled for 12:30 PM. I called at 10 AM to place the order, requesting it to be delivered by 12 PM.
At 12:05 PM, I called the store for an update, but they didn’t pick up. After four attempts, they finally answered, stating they were busy, and my order was in the oven and should be ready in about five minutes. By then, it was 12:15 PM, and I accepted this.
At 12:55 PM, my order still hadn’t arrived, so I called again. The lady on the phone said, “I don’t know” when I asked for an update. I then asked to speak to a manager, and she replied, “You’re speaking to her.”
I explained that my order had been in the oven since 12:15 PM, and there was a long silence. When I mentioned that my meeting had already started 35 minutes ago, she asked, “Would you like a refund?” I explained that I needed food for my meeting, which I ordered three hours ago. She then hung up on me.
I attempted to call back eight times, but no one answered.
This experience was beyond frustrating. The staff was extremely rude, including the delivery driver. Please see the attachment for examples of how the staff communicated with me.

This was absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

This is the worst papa johns. They never get the order correct, they never answer the phone and when they do, they will hang up the phone if they don't have an answer instead of communicating.
