This Papa John’s has the WORST service you can ever imagine!!!! From the so-called manager to all the staff , so rude , no empathy nothing! For the second time in a month these people have charged my card and after 2, 3 hours in each instance never bothered to deliver my pizza , no remorse nothing! NO ONE SHOULD EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CALLOUS PEOPLE!! This store should be closed because they care less about their customers! Pure evil!!!!!

Negative stars . Ordered pizza for my child’s school could not get through the line to confirm online order only one order showed up to school . 3rd party delivery drivers did not leave all 12 pizzas only 6 where delivered to order placed on hold over 20 mins to be advised no refund would be provided because driver confirmed order was left . Proof and image of only 6 pizzas will be sent to head office worst experience Ever at this location customer service is at a all time 0

(Edited). The pizza is terrible and now they have the audacity to try to charge $23 for a garbage quality pizza. Just go bankrupt already. Your pizza is 5x too expensive for the low quality provided.

They need to have corporate train their employees how make the product correctly. They don't proof/handle their dough correctly, so the pizzas come out like a cheap pre-made grocery store pizza.

Lady taking order on the phone did not speak or understand English very well. I didn't get what I thought I ordered! Prices were different from time of order! The employees at the location were very helpful and I learned not to place my order at that location and not over the phone!
