(Edited). The pizza is terrible and now they have the audacity to try to charge $23 for a garbage quality pizza. Just go bankrupt already. Your pizza is 5x too expensive for the low quality provided.
They need to have corporate train their employees how make the product correctly. They don't proof/handle their dough correctly, so the pizzas come out like a cheap pre-made grocery store pizza.

Lady taking order on the phone did not speak or understand English very well. I didn't get what I thought I ordered! Prices were different from time of order! The employees at the location were very helpful and I learned not to place my order at that location and not over the phone!

Don’t order from this store! They seem slow and steal money.. if they tell you your food has been refunded, it has not!! Go to different store! Even the drivers can’t comprehend simple task

I ordered DoorDash from here twice…each time I was assigned multiple door dashers.Each time the second or third dasher said it had already been picked up… this is inconvenient and foolish…And it is always SPECIFICALLY FROM THIS STORE..Every time it’s at night around 10, 11, 12 around closing. So they are willingly giving away free pizza without no regards and not willing to make it over..Again this is like the second or third time this has happened. This is now management problem.. With whom I spoke to.. The manager her name is Pat. Please hire people that are willing to work or change the criteria for picking up door dasher order uber eats etc.
Just had our order delivered without any of the extra sauce we ordered. How infuriating they don't care enough to make sure they include the extras that people order. Always looking for some way to cut corners and rip people off.

They gave me a pre made pizza, that was luke warm and the wrong size. So if you order a basic cheese or pepperoni pizza on Friday or Saturday nights, it will be pre made! All though the pizza may be bigger than what you paid for, who still wants a pizza that’s was sitting and made a while ago?? I would’ve went down the street to lil ceaser if I wanted a hot n ready pizza out of a hot box!

on 2/1/25 (evening) i encountered a short black lady answering the phones & running register & she was very kind and hospitable. Not sure how the food is gonna taste, lol. The service was good though.

Why would you do this to my food knowing if it had been you, you would send this back or ask for your money back. Like you say there and made my pizza like this and gave it to me sealed because you know it was trash. Do better.
