on 2/1/25 (evening) i encountered a short black lady answering the phones & running register & she was very kind and hospitable. Not sure how the food is gonna taste, lol. The service was good though.

Why would you do this to my food knowing if it had been you, you would send this back or ask for your money back. Like you say there and made my pizza like this and gave it to me sealed because you know it was trash. Do better.

The young lady who answered the phone was so patient with me.. ordering pizza for the school during the holidays can be hectic. My daughter class will enjoy pizza right before the holidays thanks to Goddess…. I’ll never go to another location due to how the respect over the phone and in person is for me. Thanks so much

My order was incorrect late night. I called the next day and it was corrected by a manager named Goddess. That was awesome. My family appreciated the fact that she didn’t tell me what she couldn’t do. She showed how she could help!!! We need more people like her in management.

sorry ordering food distracted your employees from their phones and loud, vulgar conversations. i know it’s a burden for a customer to place an order and have employees do their job. a meeting on proper food service appearance and hygiene might be a start. my appetite was curbed just based on the employee’s general appearance. if there is a “i don’t wash my hands” look, they are nailing it. proves once again to go to Argosy or Fellinis to get an actual pizza that tastes amazing and not have to deal with people who are doing the bare minimum to still collect a check

I order carry out from here about 3 to 4 times a week. I always place my order through the app and NOT ONCE have they ever got my order wrong. No matter what I order, my food is ALWAYS fresh and prepared flawlessly. I've become a regular customer and am always greeted by name and everyone of the employees are very courteous. I highly recommend this place.
