Papa Johns Pizza

First i wanna start by saying this is a regular pizza and i don’t even have crust. Second i thought pizza was 8 slices look how poorly this pizza is cut and made. This is definitely a disappointment never had this experience before. Also when walking in i waited 5 minutes for someone to greet me and ask me if i ordered.

I love the lady Fatima who works at the front in the afternoon around 1:00 pm on August 18 went in there for take out and Fatima was helpful and went beyond to make sure customer are well informed hope I got her name right thanks again Fatima for exceptional service 😊

It was ok. Not bad when you’re craving pizza and it was closed to the place I stayed at.

This is the worst pizza I ever ordered, the pizza was horrible! The pizza was just through together, and not cut! We ordered extra sauces which I had to go back and pick up!

Always my go to for pizza. Somehow they make a better pizza each time! Always great

My Best friend in Atlanta actually works there and makes the pizzas so this place is 5 stars. Ask for Jake he loves to meet new people.

if I could rate 0 stars I would. I’m an uber delivery driver and whoever the shift manager is was giving me an unnecessary amount of rudeness In just trying to do my job. unacceptable

This Papa Johns is my favorite.
I like that the Brooklyn style pizza has less crust (more cheese and sauce) and than the original but it tastes like frozen pizza crust. The original pizza crust tasted way better.
The pepperoni tastes much better than the sausage.

I stared at the cashier for almost 5 minutes and he would not respond until the guy operating the oven came up and talk to me. Very racist.

It took ONE HOUR to deliver a cheese pizza FIVE MINUTES AWAY!!! Totally unacceptable!!! We live right down the road and there is no reason it should take over an HOUR to deliver a pizza less than two miles away! Not only that, but they outsource to door dash, my driver spent 20 minutes just driving around to different locations before delivering my food. Totally not fair to the customer who spends their hard earned money only to get a nasty cold pizza, all these restaurants outsourcing to these delivery companies is so unfair to the customers. Abysmal customer service, Papa John's do better! Will be writing/calling corporate and the GM about this store.

Yeah you guys weren’t kidding with the online orders took and hour and half to get my food. Pizza was overdone and the temperature was lukewarm by then of course. If you can help it don’t get pizza from this papa John’s. This isn’t even the one I normally order from and I didn’t realize until the order was placed.
