Papa Johns Pizza

This Papa Johns is my favorite.
I like that the Brooklyn style pizza has less crust (more cheese and sauce) and than the original but it tastes like frozen pizza crust. The original pizza crust tasted way better.
The pepperoni tastes much better than the sausage.

I stared at the cashier for almost 5 minutes and he would not respond until the guy operating the oven came up and talk to me. Very racist.

It took ONE HOUR to deliver a cheese pizza FIVE MINUTES AWAY!!! Totally unacceptable!!! We live right down the road and there is no reason it should take over an HOUR to deliver a pizza less than two miles away! Not only that, but they outsource to door dash, my driver spent 20 minutes just driving around to different locations before delivering my food. Totally not fair to the customer who spends their hard earned money only to get a nasty cold pizza, all these restaurants outsourcing to these delivery companies is so unfair to the customers. Abysmal customer service, Papa John's do better! Will be writing/calling corporate and the GM about this store.

Yeah you guys weren’t kidding with the online orders took and hour and half to get my food. Pizza was overdone and the temperature was lukewarm by then of course. If you can help it don’t get pizza from this papa John’s. This isn’t even the one I normally order from and I didn’t realize until the order was placed.

2 men working on Saturday night (Oct 6th) around 12midnight are amazing! They very kind and friendly! Love the wings that I ordered too! Will be back in this location for sure.

Charges 4.99 for delivery but still routes it through DoorDash so you’re having to double tip for them to do nothing.

I ordered papadia on doordash and I received papa bites. I didn’t get my sauce or peppers. When I called to let them know, a girl disrespectfully told me that I don’t know what I’m talking about and I ordered papa bites not the papadia. I told her that she’s wrong and she said “what am I supposed to do about it? Anything else or what?” Now doordash won’t give me a refund for THEIR mistake. Highly unprofessional and GHETTO.

They use bottom barrel doordash drivers for delivery that don’t even know to keep the pizza level. They set the pizza on its side. Had to go through their foreign call center to telephone the store to complain and they just hung up on me.

Went in late on 1/10/24, April was at the front and assisted with picking up my order. I witnessed the most sincere spirit as she assisted a homeless gentleman with food and was nice despite circumstances. Thank you for blessing me with such a great experience.
