Papa Johns Pizza

I placed an order online and I initially put in my address and and when it came time to check out I was asked to log in to my account I logged into my old account and didn’t realize it used my old address. Then I also didn’t realize it used DoorDash as I can’t stand their service. Long story short stayed on the phone for 30 minutes got transferred 3 times on the phone with DoorDash for them to tell me to call Papa John’s I talk to an associate who actually was nice, but the manager was not very accommodating. I felt like he could’ve did more about the situation. He claims the door dasher was there when asked where I stay I said it’s a bit far which it is and he said that’s when he declined it and he had voided the order. He had been voided the order but wasted my time I will not be ordering here again. Save your money!

Usually, the front cashier provides great service, but today there was a new cashier who was rude and unhelpful. She clearly didn’t want to be there. The manager on duty, whom I’ve never seen before, also caused unnecessary issues. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and the food took too long. My order took 3 hours and the cashier literally cussed me out over her mistakes! The little short girl with puffs needs to be back as the cashier!

2hrs and 20 min and still no pizza

My order was canceled she said "they're behind, so you'll might as well go home because she's going home

Visited Atlanta and order a Works and substituted the Canadian bacon for extra pepperoni. The pepperoni wasn’t sparse, but it definitely wasn’t 2x pepperoni.
Order 10 red pepper flakes and 10 Parmesan cheese packets. 0 (zero) came with the order I waited an hour and half on. Pizza was cold when it got to me.
This was actually the second pizza delivery for the weekend.

I came in and ordered today and the costumer service was on point the young girl in the front with the puff balls had excellent service. Greeted me when I came in and everything. This is better then the other nights I come with the two reuse as hell female mangers.

Ordered couple of XL pizzas for an event. The meat lovers and spinach Alfredo turned out be a hot cake. Everybody loved it. The Hawaiian and Barbeque chicken was sweeter than expected. The delivery boy did a great job though. Great communication and friendliness shown. The pizzas were piping hot made for a perfect lunch.

I placed a order of the New York Style XL Special, I gave a time too be delivered at 1pm and it was delivered to my home at 3pm. This location needs to improve with their delivery service. I wasn't asked if I would like to have anything for the wait of my order.

You mean to tell me you all can't make some cheese sticks properly? That's what's wrong with this new generation, you all play too much. When I arrived the unprofessionalism from the young teens working and horse playing and flirting with each other instantly raised question to how sanitary they may not be and how much care is in their job. When people don't care, the results are in the food. I had the hardest cheese sticks in my life from this location. They need a real manager to oversee this location. This is ridiculous.

Came back again just to say, it’s not the staff. Just that one who answered my call. She gets the 0 stars but hey ain’t no I in Team so yeah.

Only asked for three toppings (mushrooms, onions and tomatoes) and got three more that I didn’t ask for including sausage. Just played with the food.
