Papa Johns Pizza

I received the wrong order. It had someone else’s name on it. To top that, the label on the box with the order details wasn’t even what was in the box. How can someone get so many things wrong ? Don’t risk ordering delivery. And if you’re picking up double check everything before you leave.

I had a horrible experience on 8/31 from the night shift, (sent me a pizza WITHOUT CHEESE and not cut properly) and it was hard to speak with someone on the following day 9/1 and on 9/2 I was able to get Ms.Daedae (manager) on the phone and she got me in order. I greatly appreciate her fixing my situation

Guess I'll start going to the location on Camp Creek.... I spent over thirty dollars on two large pizzas and Oreo bites. I received one large pizza, one medium pizza. Neither included the pepperoncini, or garlic sauce. Oreo bites didn't include cream cheese icing. These items are included with the purchase. The service has been on a decline for quite some time, and now you can't even get what you pay for. Perhaps if they hired folks that can retain what they read, we wouldn't have to pay the price for it. I work quite hard for ever penny I earn and this is a blatant slap in the face.

Heed these reviews! I went in to grab my food and the 3 employees argued about whether or not there was sauce for my wings. They found it, and I saw the guy put my wings with the wrong order while the young lady tried to help other customers behind me as my food was getting cold. This evening crew needs training and supervision, or just an effective manager. Food was average.

I went there today I called first when I got there they tried to over charge 10.00 dollars.Yhe cheese didn't cover pizza very little toppings with very small vegs and very little meat. Will not go back!

garbage people and service, order was placed with Papa John's and door dash delivered asking for more money, one of these company's just stole 71$ and lied

I Am giving 5 stars because there is a young lady that works there in the afternoon who has prepared my family's order for the last 3 visits, and each time you can tell that she really cares about the customer. No extra food...it's just that we feel that we get our money's worth. In the past, at other locations, the food seemed to have been haphazardly prepared.

I order my pizza today around 7pm i paid for extra Pepperoncinis with my delivery order , I didn’t receive it, when my pizza arrived it was under cooked , she gave me an option for a refund or remake, I went with a remake due to me just getting off work and didn’t feel like cooking after working 12 hours. I waited for my second delivery for about 45 minutes, when my pizza arrived, they had it drenched
In cheese with less toppings , they only gave me one extra Pepperoncinis for extra fee of 75 cents, when I normally get more..when I called back the manager team member stated I wanted extra cheese when I order extra cheese it’s never this excessive and she told me her manager was not on duty, who is running the shift if no manager is available?

Placed an order on uber eats for collection and when we to collect was told there was no order despite me having the ‘your food is ready’ message. Turns out server had ‘bumped’ my order as too busy!

Miss Mina and the team made our pizza lightning quick with a smile on their faces and made us laugh while we waited!

11/10 would recommend'

Seems like when I order I never get my whole order from the Camp Creek location regardless of what it is. Ordered the boneless wings barely any sauce. Highly disappointed. This will be MY LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE EVER!
