Papa Johns Pizza

Let me tell you something, I read the reviews first. They nearly turned me away, however, I decided to go regardless. The pizza I received was beautiful, hot, and had well placed toppings. When I arrived, a young man assisted me and was super sweet and polite. I’m convinced yall are giving bad reviews so no one finds this gem 🤭

Ordered delivery, was told 40 min, after 1.5 hours I called and was informed that “door dash won’t deliver to you”. I ordered through the app. Person on phone was extremely rude , said “it’s not my store, I don’t know what to tell you.” After that she did not offer to help rectify the situation with so much as “I’m sorry,” much less a free pizza. I had to ask for a refund and she basically hung up on me.

Good pizza. Terrible delivery experience. They made the mistake of using DoorDash like many businesses in my area, and my pizza was obviously dropped or carried sideways. The driver could not find my home, hung up on me while I was trying to tell him where to go, then I ended up having to walk to him to get my destroyed pizza. I tried calling the store and was put on immediate hold. Never again.

I literally just walked in. She asked was I dining in or carry out I said I’d like to order she said you have to do it online because I’m not doing no walk-ins right now. I was like I don’t have my phone with me and I have cash and a card. She said oh well at this time Today, whoever is working customer services Is horrible how Is this one even open?

This location gets my order correct 2 times out of 10. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult: pepperoni/jalapenos Light cheese extra sauce. However, I frequently open the box to reveal there’s “EXTRA CHEESE”and “NO SAUCE “🤦🏽‍♂️. The amount of times I’ve gotten this instead of what I requested is insane. Do they even read the orders? How could you? Take a look at how sloppy those toppings are😂. I’ve got more jalapenos than sauce😩. I hate that I have to drive all the way 9 miles away to get the pizza I want when this location is less than a mile away. 2/10. I have the service a 2/5 because they will refund your food if it’s wrong— but I don’t want a refund I want the pizza I ordered!!!

I ordered a works pizza online for delivery and specifically asked for no olives. There were olives all over it.

I called the location to rectify it and was placed on hold for 20 minutes.

I called back and explained the situation again (4 times actually) and they hung up in my face.

I’m new to the area and didn’t check the reviews of this location, I assumed all Papa John’s would have a similar standard in decency. I was wrong tonight.

Mimi and Kaleb are great! Had a small issue with a missing topping and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This is my local Papa John’s and it’s the only one I’ll be coming back to because they treat people right here! Thank you again Mimi, Kaleb and the rest of the staff!

The delivery person lied and said the online credit card order didn’t work just to go on to take advantage of my kind and generous husband who went on to pay him via Cashapp; we paid TWICE for the pizza and we twice tipped the “delivery person “

All These reviews took the words right out of my mouth. Whoever puts the toppings on is really messy with it because its never evenly spread. There is 1 lady i wish i got her name she works her butt off prepping the pizza dough. I just know she worked Sunday 5/12. The front counter girl was just slow at everything and not the greatest at checking on orders. Lastly Papa Johns prides themselves using fresh ingredients so why is the pineapple almost white?? Its never yellow. Is it real pineapple or some cheap processed pineapple?

Last 2 orders missing garlic sauce so I (politely called and spoke with manager and asked if they could check, which they did and received the extra garlic sauce. But they forgot my drink for a fourth time. I’m done. With tip my order was $40 for some Papa John’s and I can’t even get my $3.09 soda?! Don’t waste ur money here go elsewhere ?

Driver refused to deliver food to door. Manager said its cold outside i should go get it.

Came in at 6:12 pm to pick up a doordash order and it looked like it was only one staff member in which it took forever for her to tend to the front. It wasn’t until 4 people accumulated in the lobby that she finally asked me the name on the order. She said my order wasn’t ready and she had just put it in. We unassigned the order, y’all need to hire some more workers or something

My jobs food was perfect . But the attitudes of the employees is ridiculous. They need to be retrained on customer service.
