I ordered on line in her presence due to some technical difficulties I was personally having on the app but her pro service killed the in in convenience so by default convenient. It'll be a lose for this location of she leaves and she in their with no coworkers. She really had the power of Maria y Jesus in there with her. I hope I see her again. I can't remember the last time I decided I want Papa John's but my return visit will be much sooner because of her. She deserves a pay raise. Thank you Shirley. You made my day.

Got my order completely wrong. No sauce, barely any cheese and toppings, parts of the pizza were just overcooked dough sitting in the center. It honestly felt like they put together the exact opposite of what I ordered out of spite. Order took forever to arrive. Won’t be ordering from here again.

First let me say I order from here all the time but this is the absolute worst experience I’ve had. Pizza ready to go when I walked in the door, but systems not working standing here for ten minutes waiting and can’t pay for the food I ordered. I should leave it sitting right here and walk out…instead I wasted time writing this review. When I hit send I’ll be going to Pizza Hut if the system is still not working.

Was worried about the reviews but no issues with my food, pizza was hot and ready when I arrived. Second time ordering here & likely will again.
I visited the store after receiving a notification from the app that my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, not only was my order not ready, but it hadn’t even been started. Only after I mentioned I was there for pickup did they begin making it. I ended up wasting my time waiting for my order to be prepared, with no apology or acknowledgment from the staff.

Wow… where is the owner for this location? They should be flagged on the franchise level for their terrible quality and service. I see they don’t check reviews so the owner clearly doesn’t need this location around shaming papa John’s. The photo is half cheese and half… whatever the employee thought supreme was… after forgetting the order. I waited 30min, and had to come back due to getting the wrong order, they the. served it to the customer that was there after I had already opened it after taking it home, then gave me this. Not only a health code violation and illegal, slapping tape on a box doesn’t mean it’s new. Let alone the pizza they gave me lol. If the owner doesn’t reply I’ll report the violation to both the regional franchise rep and the health department. Shameful
