I visited the store after receiving a notification from the app that my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, not only was my order not ready, but it hadn’t even been started. Only after I mentioned I was there for pickup did they begin making it. I ended up wasting my time waiting for my order to be prepared, with no apology or acknowledgment from the staff.

Food is alright. Not ideal, but okay. Service? They simply dont care. If you must, order here. But if you value your time, avoid this place.

Wow… where is the owner for this location? They should be flagged on the franchise level for their terrible quality and service. I see they don’t check reviews so the owner clearly doesn’t need this location around shaming papa John’s. The photo is half cheese and half… whatever the employee thought supreme was… after forgetting the order. I waited 30min, and had to come back due to getting the wrong order, they the. served it to the customer that was there after I had already opened it after taking it home, then gave me this. Not only a health code violation and illegal, slapping tape on a box doesn’t mean it’s new. Let alone the pizza they gave me lol. If the owner doesn’t reply I’ll report the violation to both the regional franchise rep and the health department. Shameful

Food was good - service was very lacking - ordered online and still had to wait 10 minutes for my order - it wasn't until the manager noticed I'd been standing there awhile that they found my order

I’ve ordered from them multiple times hoping for a different outcome. Every single time it’s been horrible. The pizza is ALWAYS cold and not cooked correctly. Everything arrives cold. Except the drink. That thing ends up being hot by the time it gets to me. They no longer deliver their own products and outsource to DoorDash. When they do that there is no way to get into contact with the driver. It’s just horrible. I’m deleting the papa John’s app after this and never ordering from them again.

Their pizzas are good, the staff was very friendly even though I don't speak the language well, it's a shame that their establishments don't have chairs and tables to eat in the establishment.

I visited your store recently and had no issues, but I noticed inconsistencies in your pricing policy for ranch dressing, with charges varying daily. Some days the charge is almost a dollar per ranch, while on other days it is not enforced.

During my visit, a young lady with locks assisted me at the register. I felt like she was somewhat impatient and may have lacked some basic knowledge about the transaction. It seemed she was trying to rush through the process without proper understanding. I also observed that she had difficulty counting change accurately.

Considering her role, I presumed she might be a manager or a team lead. However, her conduct during my interaction was disappointing. I suggest providing further training to enhance customer service and transaction skills for a seamless experience for all customers.

Overall, the inconsistent pricing and subpar customer service experience left me dissatisfied with my visit to your store.
But I’ll be back, one bad apple won’t keep me away. Hehe.
