Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas for delivery food was extremely stink and disgusting I couldn’t eat it. The cheese smell sour and old.

Absolute trash! I’m down the street at the Extended StayAmerica and the driver told me she’s in the lobby. What’s the purpose of having delivery if you’re gonna wait in the lobby and not come to the room? So I called her back and told her to send it back! I would never ever order from this Papa John’s again! I’m glad I didn’t use my debit card and I had cash on demand

I can’t speak for nobody else, but when I was calling about my order, the customer service I received may have been the best I’ve ever received from any restaurant at any time in my life and I’m 46 years old! I wish I had a got the gentleman‘s name that took my call, but he was so compassionate a lot of empathy and checked on things I didn’t even ask about! Only reason I didn’t give it. Five stars is because unfortunately, for the store they were relying on a DoorDash delivery driver. And that driver was over 2 hours past the expected delivery time. Plus, I was told by the store manager I’d be getting a refund. I never did but sense I finally got my food, it’s all good. But he shouldn’t never said he was gonna do it if he had no real intentions of refunding me.

The food is edible if you receive it. This location decides when they want to open so you can place an order for pick up and when you get arrive plenty of time later the store is closed. No one is there to explain anything and no one to cancel your order. Completely unacceptable way to run a business. Never going here again.

This location is getting worse with staff every time I visit and it’s not very often. My recent visit, the guy cashier had no personality, very monotoned, and had a persona that was NOT customer service- like. I guess this is the norm now with this establishment. He was also taking a personal phone call via Bluetooth. He was so discreet that I thought he was holding a conversation with me as I was paying. As I was waiting for my receipt he had his back turned the whole time. I never got my receipt and didn’t care to ask as he was too busy on his phone call. I’m losing my interest for this establishment as it is not what it used to be.

DO NOT LET THEM USE DOOR DASH FOR DELIVERY - DOOR DASH DRIVER WAS AWFUL. LIED ABOUT DELIVERY. CAME BACK AN HOUR LATER AND LEFT PIZZA ON THE SIDEWALK AND DIDN'T TELL ANYONE. ONLY USE IN-STORE PICKUP FROM THIS LOCATION!
