DO NOT LET THEM USE DOOR DASH FOR DELIVERY - DOOR DASH DRIVER WAS AWFUL. LIED ABOUT DELIVERY. CAME BACK AN HOUR LATER AND LEFT PIZZA ON THE SIDEWALK AND DIDN'T TELL ANYONE. ONLY USE IN-STORE PICKUP FROM THIS LOCATION!

Good food and service. Check online for the one topping large pizza for $8.99 for a legit good deal. Parking is easy here even though it is near downtown Roswell.

Food was excellent, speedy, and arrived hot. Would have been 5-stars but pizza was ordered with mushrooms and arrived without mushrooms and instead had onions.

If I could give this lady zero stars I totally would. Tonight they had an event going on right near this location for July 4th. The roads were absolutely packed out. It took me an hour to get here when it should have taken 3 minutes. I am a door dasher & that’s why I was heading to this location in the first place. After sitting in the traffic for an hour to get here, I finally arrive & the manager has the door locked, mean while there is several other dashers standing outside the door. She is yelling through the door trying to figure out what the dashers that are already there are picking up. This goes on for about 10 minutes & she finally swings open the door & begins screaming at us. Telling us that she is the general manager & that she IS NOT making the door dash orders because they are under staffed & that if we already placed an order she can make it & we can wait but made sure to tell us it will be a very long time that we have to wait. This very nice lady that she was screaming at replied with “ma’am I am just asking about
my orders” the “manager” proceeded to scream at everyone saying how backed up she was. Now don’t get me wrong, I understand the issue of restaurants being short staffed, I work in a restaurant myself, I do get it. But you would not catch me dead talking to any kind of customers this way. This was absolutely uncalled for & should not have happened. One of the ladies proceeded to try to reason with her & get her to stop yelling & she wouldn’t, I turned around & walked away & got in my car. I didn’t give her any kind of response. This was absolutely uncalled for. I did not get this lady’s name but now I wish I would have. Someone like this should not be working in customer service, much less have the power of being a general manager??!?!!?!!!! I don’t think so!! This was ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money going here because you may get screamed at, god forbid that they get busy…. ??‍♀️ it’s a restaurant….isn’t that the point??? That people want to order pizza….?!?!?
