Placed the order on the app. Delivery didn't show up. Called the store and they said it's the customers responsibility to call the store to confirm the order on busy days like today. Had to call app support to cancel the order that never showed up. Order was for 2 pizzas and a cookie - not a catering order or anything special.

Today Papa John's really let me down. I haven't even tried the pizza but I ordered the ultimate cheese crust, and was told at pickup that they were out of it so all I got was a regular pepperoni pizza. If I wanted regular pepperoni pizza I would have probably gone somewhere else. This is not what I wanted. If you're out of an item, just take it off the online orders as well to avoid this.

Black girl fixing pizza had AirPods in and act like she didn’t hear me! Just rude and then smirked and side eye me. I was trying to place a order but nope can’t do my people with this type of attitude.

Dom at location 4285 roswell rd horrible customer service. my wings are under cooked and are aa bland as his service . I only continue to go because Chris the cook has great customer service.. I will call prior to ordering to see who is on shift before placing future orders

One star is too many for the amount of effort this place gives out. Ordered pizza for a get together 5 hours ahead of time and gave ourselves a 30 minute cushion. Somehow, this location still managed to not even have our order made 30 minutes after they committed to deliver it. They gave no reason, other than they were busy and simply offered to cancel our order. No care in the world. They couldn't even tell us when to expect it. Zero ships.

Papa John’s went from taking 10-20 minutes to now always an hour. It’s soooo slow!!!
