One star is too many for the amount of effort this place gives out. Ordered pizza for a get together 5 hours ahead of time and gave ourselves a 30 minute cushion. Somehow, this location still managed to not even have our order made 30 minutes after they committed to deliver it. They gave no reason, other than they were busy and simply offered to cancel our order. No care in the world. They couldn't even tell us when to expect it. Zero ships.

The pizza was good, the crust could have cooked a little longer. Maybe I will try well-done as the baking option next time. Went during lunch on the weekday and I was surprised at how fast my order was ready. The inside prep area was clean which made me feel good. I have no complaints and would order from here again.

I ordered my pizza and tracked it only to have the tracking timeframe move from 5-15 more min from the original timeframe. Then as I’m tracking I’m outside the hotel waiting and NO pizza/deliveries! But my tracking says Delivered! Then I call only to be told I will get a full refund and nothing!! Now the place is closed!!
