I placed a to go order during a busy lunch time which I totally understood that I would have a lengthy wait. While waiting for my food I asked if I could substitute the wings for spring rolls. The young lady that took my order said that it shouldn’t be a problem, however when the manager came to fix the order he refused. He said that the order couldn’t be changed since it was already made.I informed the manager that I had not received any of my food and I know that my food was not ready. I totally understand that if my food was already prepared that it would be too late to change it, but it wasn’t even ready yet. But to take it a step further and tell me that I would still have to be charged for wings even though I didn’t take them is ridiculous. I have ordered from this restaurant numerous times as well as referred many co workers and friends to Paper Plan because the food and service has always been great, however this experience has left a unfavorable opinion about eating here again. I hope that as a manager moving forward he not only considers what’s best for the restaurant, but he also considers how important customer service is as well.

I stopped in around 2pm on a Tuesday and there was plenty of seating. My first impression was not a Thai restaurant but rather a trendy restaurant with a great bar scene. Service was quick...I had the 'HOT' Kraprao chicken dish. Great flavors with a good portion for lunch however the HOT was somewhere between Mild & Medium...you may want to bump up one level on spiciness. Great location that's close enough to grab a good meal before you hit the airport or a first meal after you land in ATL.

The food was genuinely good, and I enjoyed the flavors a lot. However, the restaurant smelled strongly like Fabuloso, which was a bit overwhelming while trying to eat. That’s picky and a personal pet peeve but it would also be nice if the plates weren’t plastic. Ceramic dishes and glass cups would make the dining experience feel much better at a sit down restaurant.

We attended Paper Plane on Sunday for my sorority crossing, and we had an amazing time. I originally reserved the Train Room, but we were gifted a closed, more intimate space that ended up being perfect for our ceremony.
Our personal host was Jeffery — and when I say he was everything plus more, I mean it! He flawlessly assisted 15 ladies with every single need. He was our photographer, our DJ, our menu tour guide, and even helped carry our items to the car. Jeffery was truly exceptional and made our entire experience so much better.
The food was great, came out quickly, and was exactly what we wanted.
1000/10 — I would definitely recommend!

Jeffrey was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he took the time to explain options, offer recommendations, and answer every question with patience and confidence. Despite our large party, he remained calm, organized, and incredibly attentive to each person’s needs.
What truly stood out was his genuine, warm personality. he made everyone feel welcome and valued. Every accommodation was met seamlessly, and our experience was smooth because of his professionalism and kindness. Jeffrey is a true gem and a huge asset to the team. I would absolutely request him again!
