This is our go-to spot for Korean BBQ in the city! We continued to have great food and great service here. Our waiter/chef Jay took excellent care of us and make some great recommendations!

The food was good. It was my first visit after reading overall reviews.
However the service was not good. I went in labor day without many customers. I was told at the beginning that I can order all you can eat but later by a manager who told me I could not. It must be 2+ people. He did not understand why but was told by owner. After payment I forgot my card at the restaurant. When I called back later the phone line was always busy for 1 dozen calls. I had to go there to ask in person. The manager said he did not see a lost card and asked me to leave my phone number ther and would call back if they find it. After one day passed I did not get a call and I decided to call again. Fortunately t
A staff told me the card was found. When I walked in and the manager told me no card was found. I was so confused and asked the person who took the call a few minutes ago and finally gor my card back. It seems the staff lacked communication and the manger dis not even ask around his staff. Poor service. The 1 star is for the staff who found my card. THANKS!

The food at this restaurant was really good and worth coming back for. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed inattentive and unorganized, which took away from the overall experience. This is was my first visit, and we tried the (AYCE) option, but they didn’t provide all the sides unless we specifically asked what was included. Hopefully, they can improve on their service, because the food itself is excellent.

I ordered the bibimbap with pork. It was amazing. Delicious and well flavored. Service was great.

My issue was when I got the check, I noticed that they had automatically added a 20% tip. I was dining with only myself and my daughter. There was no mention in the menu about there being an automatic tip, the waiter didn’t tell me. I barely caught it. It felt very shady.

When did we just start automatically adding a 20% tip to people’s orders? A tip is supposed to be something that you choose. And you certainly should be informed. It really soured my experience with otherwise great meal.

I went to Park 27 Korean BBQ & Bar in Midtown recently and it completely exceeded expectations. The restaurant is sleek and spacious—perfect for groups, with plenty of room to grill without crowding the table .

The food quality really stands out—fresh, flavorful, and cooked right at the table. The beef bulgogi melted in my mouth, and the ribeye was superbly tender. Even the sides like cucumber kimchi had that perfect balance of crunch, spice, and tang . There’s plenty of options too, including AYCE (all-you-can-eat), though I opted for the combo platter and it was more than enough .

What truly elevated the meal was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable—whether you're into AYCE or à la carte, they guide you through it seamlessly . Just be aware the menu leans a bit pricier than some, and there's an automatic 20% gratuity added even if you don't order BBQ .

In short, Park 27 delivers a memorable Korean BBQ experience in Midtown—modern vibe, excellent meats, great sides, and top-notch service. Highly recommend.

I love coming here for lunch since I work in midtown. The lunch portions are large and the prices are very reasonable for lunch. The service is quick so you can keep lunch at 1 hour if necessary. Very quiet and easy to talk in this restaurant. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of having Jay as our waiter, and he was absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to anything we needed. The meal was outstanding, bursting with flavor and beautifully prepared. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish! Didn’t take a picture of my main entree because of how good it looked.
