Update: I feel that it’s been more consistently good. Updating my review!
TLDR: please update your menu to reflect current pricing / practices or else your customers feel deceived and your business seems unethical (bait and switch). I am a regular and hate to give a bad rating, but I must address some issues in hopes of getting the restaurant’s attention since my cordial feedback on the phone has not been incorporated thus far.
1) The restaurant charges a price different from the website: Last month, not only did the front desk lady put in the wrong order for my pick-up, but also charged me a different amount than what the website said. She said she would tell the owner about this, so I decided to give it a second chance (see #2 here).
2) Lunch specials not available on Fridays??: I called to place a lunch order on Friday as the website showed a lunch menu, but I was quoted the dinner menu price. When I ask for a clarification, the front desk lady said ‘oh since it's Friday, we just have the dinner menu for lunch’. Then please fix this across all platforms (Website, Doordash, etc.) to avoid confusion.
3) Not delivering on what you promised: The last couple of times I ordered a take out, the restaurant missed side dishes (even when I asked to confirm that they were there). Not sure if it's intentional to save money because of inflation, but I am afraid your loyal customers will walk away if the restaurant tries to cheat on corners. Your menu prices increased recently, so the quality should stay the same.
I really hope you will take feedback seriously, because this has been my go-to restaurant and I really want to support it. I will consider revising the review if the restaurant improves / updates its practice.

Loved this restaurant! It was fantastic! We went for dinner, and really enjoyed our experience. The decorations were modern and reminded me of the modern Korean bbq restaurants in Myeongdong Seoul. The staff and service were amazing! We went for the a la carte option, and enjoyed everything we ordered. The food quality was great, the banchan was fresh, tasty and plentiful! Everything was right about this place, they even had sugar free sujo! The staff will even grill for the novice or less inclined. It was impeccably clean, and the music, atmosphere, and ambiance was great! A place to return to multiple times!

Joon was a great server! So nice. We stopped in for a quick drink and appetizers. He was so attentive and helped us decide what to eat. Wish we could’ve stayed for dinner! Everything smelled and tasted amazing. Definitely get the drink tower.

TRY THIS RESTAURANT NOW!! Great service, songs are so good ????. They always ask us how we doing ???. Kid friendly, just don’t put close to fire!!! ?. Food was awfully GREATRRRRRRTTTTTT we drove all the way from Warner Robins to Atlanta 2hr 9 min drive!!! Oh my lord can we not talk about the designs?!?!? SO PREPPY ????

4/10. Will not recommend or come for next time. Food was okay but not the service. Ordered BBQ and some other dishes. They missed one soup we ordered but still charged us on the bill. I caught it and It was fixed eventually but it doesn’t seem that they genuinely feel sorry for their mistake. Even the manager just hypocritical response and say sorry to go through the formality. Also the lava cake we ordered tasted stale or wired. Might have been refrigerated for a couple of days. We asked the employee and they said they made the cakes(toppers? Cuz first I thought it was the mixed nuts tasted bad) themselves. However, when we brought this up to management level, their response(or more of a justification for the bad taste) is that the cake wasn’t made in store and was delivered sometime ago. The inconsistency just seems odd and sus, like they try to clear themselves from an unfavorable situation instead of trying to be understanding and try to fix the problem for future. Also, charged for 20% tip automatically.
