Park 27 Korean BBQ and Bar - Midtown

Park 27 is a Korean BBQ and Bar, we were welcomed as we walked in. Seated right away and given suggestions from our waiter. You can either get the food to cook at the table or order entrees listed on the menu. We had a few things from the entree menu and it was all well seasoned and flavorful. The waiters were very attentive and if they weren’t around you could easily push a button and they arrive quickly. Friendly and fast service is what you can expect. Atmosphere was laid back and had an industrial theme. We were pleased with everything and the salad they bring to the table was delicious.

I’ve been to many KBBQ spots in different states and this has to be one of the best experiences. Our server was Min, he was very helpful and he brought the perfect amount of food for four of us. Worth the price in my opinion and I would come back!

I absolutely loved this place! Highly recommend the food is delicious and the staff is super nice and polite! I got Tonkatsu today and I absolutely loved it, it was so delicious! Again highly recommend for great Korean BBQ!

Went for the lunch AYCE KBBQ. Our server was great and attentive. Plenty of banchan and sauces provided.

Had dinner here tonight and the service and food were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Korean bbq. A special thank you to the attention to detail asking if my 9-month old wanted anything to eat and bringing him broccoli and pumpkin slices! Will absolutely be returning if I ever come to ATL again!

Me personally I would stay far away! I placed an order for chicken fried rice, soup, and spring rolls….First they didn’t even package my DoorDash order securely and second my soup was missing! But I got over it…..The next day I suffered from a severe case of food poisoning….Never again!

Absolutely delicious and amazing service. We got the Beef for 2, it came with so many delicious sides to eat with the meat and the meat quality was superb.

Update: I feel that it’s been more consistently good. Updating my review!

TLDR: please update your menu to reflect current pricing / practices or else your customers feel deceived and your business seems unethical (bait and switch). I am a regular and hate to give a bad rating, but I must address some issues in hopes of getting the restaurant’s attention since my cordial feedback on the phone has not been incorporated thus far.

1) The restaurant charges a price different from the website: Last month, not only did the front desk lady put in the wrong order for my pick-up, but also charged me a different amount than what the website said. She said she would tell the owner about this, so I decided to give it a second chance (see #2 here).

2) Lunch specials not available on Fridays??: I called to place a lunch order on Friday as the website showed a lunch menu, but I was quoted the dinner menu price. When I ask for a clarification, the front desk lady said ‘oh since it's Friday, we just have the dinner menu for lunch’. Then please fix this across all platforms (Website, Doordash, etc.) to avoid confusion.

3) Not delivering on what you promised: The last couple of times I ordered a take out, the restaurant missed side dishes (even when I asked to confirm that they were there). Not sure if it's intentional to save money because of inflation, but I am afraid your loyal customers will walk away if the restaurant tries to cheat on corners. Your menu prices increased recently, so the quality should stay the same.

I really hope you will take feedback seriously, because this has been my go-to restaurant and I really want to support it. I will consider revising the review if the restaurant improves / updates its practice.
