Great food and vibes. The manager Josh was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta.

I just wanted to thank you for everything last night at Park Tavern — the engagement party was absolutely perfect. The space was beautiful, the food was great, and your staff was truly exceptional. We’re so grateful for all you did to make it such a special evening.

Can’t thank you enough.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had after years of being a faithful customer here. First off there is absolutely no one available to greet you and explain how anything works. I.e there are NO waiters. I eventually walked to the bar to inquire how to order. Once I asked, the bartender was extremely rude and condescending as if I’m the owner of the establishment or as if there are posted guidelines somewhere.

Next I was not told food pick up was inside the restaurant I literally had to figure it out myself as I did not want to interact with the rude bartender any longer for my own peace of mind. The grilled chicken sandwich had NO seasoning whatsoever and was extremely bland. I also ordered a buffalo chicken dip which I watched sit under the lamp for over 30mins while they prepared the sandwich that was ordered at the same time.

Not to mention the kitchen staff was also having a “meeting” mid food pick up and their manager was literally berating and belittling them in every way. In return they laughed in her face which was interesting to see from both ends. All in all I would not recommend and really hope they’re put under some sort of new management. The responses to reviews are also more than telling when it comes to customer service so best of luck.

Park Tavern gets 5 stars as a bar! I wouldn’t say it’s a restaurant even though they do sell food. It’s a great place to come watch a game, although it does get really crowded. It’s indoor outdoor, but most of the TVs are only visible from inside and you need to get there EARLY to get a table for a game. The drinks are decent and affordable. I’ve only ever had the chicken tenders and fries, but they’re pretty good for what it is. They do live music and other themed events here too, but they do get really crowded. Bar and bathroom lines can get pretty long.

$25 for an event where I had to wait 20+ minutes for both drink AND bathroom. DO NOT COME TO THE EVENTS, YOU WILL SPEND MORE TIME IN LINES THAN WITH YOUR FRIENDS.

Seafood fest- big platter of shrimp and crawfish but shrimp was very poor- mostly mushy- overcooked? The fried oysters were also disappointing because mostly fries- skimped on oysters. Atmosphere good for drinking

Food and service are just okay, but being a Pepsi establishment in Atlanta, of all places, is a deal breaker.

I was not expecting cafeteria style dining at all. The food was bland and unappetizing. I had heard such great things about the restaurant so I was very disappointed.

Wanted to have a wedding and reception there. Called several times on several different days, left several messages. Never got a call back. Selected somewhere else and have been very pleased with the customer service and the attention to our needs.

Great atmosphere, including for college football. Food was quite tasty, but very pricey for Atlanta and didn’t deliver for the $$. The burgers didn’t even include fries, and I ordered smoked cheddar on my cheeseburger and got regular :(. In the future I’d probably just order beers.

Edit: I see Park Tavern has replied in a fairly passive aggressive tone indicating that this is basically my fault for not reading signs or tiny print on Open Table.
First of all, if this person (I’m assuming a man because of the tone) goes on Open Table, they will see that there is in fact the ability to book outside seating as well as indoor seating. So the implication that that I am lying about the reservation is interesting. The system literally has reservations available for indoor and outdoor seating.
Second of all, the name “Tavern” in and of itself lends to a more elevated experience than the equivalent of a concession stand at a baseball game. This place is literally a self-serve set-up in a beautiful-ish building. So, if you’re coming here for the first time with a reservation on Open Table, you aren’t expecting self service and cardboard “PICK UP HERE” signs. Yes, Open Table does have some fine print explaining this, but I never saw it and it didn’t even occur to me that this place would be so chaotic. If others are confused about it as well, perhaps the restaurant could do a better job of explaining it? It’s a very disconnected experience from what you’d expect from a “tavern.”
The snarky response from the manager on the reviews falls exactly in line with the dining experience. Low budget. Skip this place - it has so much potential but weirdly runs like a food court at the mall.

Made an Open Table reservation for outside/tent seating and the entire area was closed for a private event. We wandered around trying to figure out where to go because the ice skating rink took up most of the space. There were some open tables by a closed bar. There were no employees to offer any information, so all of the customers at the tables were asking each other how to get food and drinks. We were somehow supposed to magically know to get up and order food at the bar next to the skating rink. There was also a QR code on a coaster that takes you to the menu and you can place your ordere online while sitting inside the restaurant. The food is prepared in the room where we were sitting and you have to pick it up at the counter. I ordered online and added a tip because I thought the food was going to be brought to me. Nope! Who did I even tip? I did all the work!

I think this place forgot that tourists come to their restaurant and have absolutely no idea that this is essentially a super casual self-serve establishment. Maybe assign one employee the task of helping customers navigate the weird layout and ordering process? And also don’t accept reservations for areas that are closed. Just such a weird experience all around.

Food was meh.

Beautiful blackchild

The owner is a shady racist. Told me we make plenty of chicken. Also told my friend that he wouldn’t know the place as a restaurant but he would as a sports bar.

Disappointed about the service we got, it seems like they have an inefficient system to seat and then serve you however they are friendly hence the two stars. Hoping that they improve. Food is your regular food that you get a at burger/chain restaurant (think Chili’s, Apple Bee’s).
