I was looking forward to my reservation at the Parlor Den last Saturday, but when I arrived, the bar was closed. I scheduled my reservation 3 weeks in advance and received a couple of reminders about it. Online, it said the bar was open until 2am, and my reservation was scheduled for 10:30pm. It is upsetting to have my time wasted going to a closed bar.

I have been wanting to try this place for quite sometime now. The other times I've tried before there was no parking in the area and their lot wants to charge $20 to park. This time I found an open spot around the corner and went in. The place is much smaller than it looks on pics, but is small and intimate. But they do have another area that's behind a door that's larger. The night I attended it seemed like there may have been a private party going on but I couldn't tell for sure. The bathroom was on that other side and when I went there seemed to be a bit better music being played and saw a bar and dj there. The waitress was nice for the most part. They charge $5 for a bottle of water btw.

Excellent drinks. One of the best old fashioneds I have had in a long time.
Love the vibe, including it smelling amazing! Small bites were delicious.
This place was so chill, I believe Alfonso served us, was kind and vibe was great. Would def come back ?
Owned by a nice lady and had a dope vibe to it. Check it out especially when they got this DJ⬇️

Went to my 1st house party here. Loved it! DJ had everyone dancing. The vibe here is different than a regular club. House music is a whole thing by itself.Had very little interaction with house staff but when I did people were friendly. No food ordered.I bought a ginger ale and the lady who served it was VERY nice.Although there is parking on site there is a fee, $20.00 I think. Hard to find parking on the street. After driving around for a bit I found on street parking.NOTE: I do not know if this place has house parties all the time or just for the night I went. One would have to go online to see what's happening.

Performed here a couple years ago it was a vibe, ya know. That’s why I convinced my team to host our signature event at this location.BIG MISTAKE! They advertised a fancy food menu and we got a hotdog / taco food truck. Then they called my guests “cheap” because they didn’t want it - which resulted in low sales. They also did NOT provide the drink menu that I expected until the very end of the night. I confronted them about it and they were rude to me & my team and called Ius unprofessional. Money-hungry establishment that will do whatever to meet their bottom line. Now they are threatening me with legal action because they didn’t hold up THEIR end of the deal.DON’T GO here until they get it together!
Great place to go for drinks. It’s a very relaxed vibe. Probably my favorite cocktail bar in the city. The parking sucks, but you should be taking an Uber to drink anyway.
I have been several times. It smells so bad in the lounge area. Like ALWAYS. Like something is rotten under the floors. Drinks are hit or miss. Food is nothing to write about. The downstairs area needs a solid air system bc it gets insanely hot and stuffy. If it weren't for supporting specific DJs I'd never come here.
They gave my credit card away to someone else. They took my card to open a tab then closed out someone else's tab and gave them my card. After waiting for an hour for a response from one of the owners about the location of my card I decided to leave a name and number for them to call me if the person returned my card. When my friends and I left the bar, the owner ran after us to complain about a tiny alcohol bottle he found around our seating area. I can't believe they complained to me about a bottle that wasn't mine after giving away my credit card.
Great, cozy space with pleasant staff. This place is truly a speakeasy so it's a bit tricky to find. There's a discrete pink door on the side of the building facing the paid parking lot. If you go earlier in the night you might be able to catch free street parking. On a Friday at 9pm, it's a bit quirt and intimate but it really picks up after 10pm when the crowd comes. The drinks are good and decently priced $13-18. The Wake The Dead was so refreshing and my favorite even they all were lovely to drink. The food is flavorful but the portions are a bit small. You'll be satisfied but not full. So consider getting an app too if you're truly hungry or eat before you get there.
