Service wasn't bad but more help is needed! Bartending and serving tables at the same time causes wait times for everyone.

The food was very basic and reminded me of cafeteria food that has sat out all day. Nothing particularly special that I would come back for.

Experience would have been better if our server didn't have such an attitude. That “I tell you I care but I truly don't” mentality was on full display. As for the food, Chicken was a bit on the dry side but my family loved the Mac and Cheese.

Excellent service. The food was well prepared and presented well. Buffets give the diner the opportunity to personally make their own selection of items as well as to get a visual and smell of the food before it gets to the table. Thank you for such great customer service. The wait staff was awesome.

We all ordered the fried chicken and everyone loved it. The sides we especially loved were the cornbread, collard greens and mac & cheese. The history timelines on the walls made the experience meaningful. We'll be back. 

Service for six business lunch very good. Friendly. Not sure about to food service robots!?!?

The cornbread was cold and hard. The collard greens were cold and tasteless. The Mac & Cheese was hard and cold.... The baked chicken was barely seasoned and cold... Although we requested their regular menu, we were quickly served items from the buffet. A very disappointing experience at a legendary restaurant..

Pascals is a great place to eat. Excellent customer service. Really great food Will be back!

The fried chicken was very salty. The only dessert offered was peach cobbler. I did expect better for what I paid. Probably won't go back.

Poorly staffed made for unpleasant experience. Had a reservation - seated and had to wait 20 minutes for server. Food arrive undercooked and cold.

This was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding, and the food was simply delicious. The restaurant was not too busy, so our food came out quickly. It seemed as if it prepared for a larger crowd as our table was right against another table instead of spreading us out. Nonetheless, they were not loud, so we both had great visits.
