Loved the food. Fried chicken collard greens and sweet potato’s were the absolute bomb. I guess the gm walked out and the service was understaffed. But they tried hard. Food was really excellent. Thanks again ps the catfish. Wow

We waited at our table for the waiter for 45 minutes before even placing an order for appetizers and our drinks. So when she did arrive we ordered our food. She stated she would take the order for the two to-go plates and this took another thirty for that order to be placed. We should have been informed if they was short staffed but this is completely unacceptable.

Came on a Sunday thinking we’ll have a great experience and awesome food. First there were no servers, the staff that were working seemed frustrated. Hour wait to be seated, another hour for food. Yes, a whole other hour for food!! ;( For this to be our first time, it was a horrible, horrible experience!!!

With the 'robot serving waiters' and great food and amped up 'human touch' from the staff, I would do it again!

I wish I took a photo of my plate!

Great service at Paschal’s! The bartender was amazing — even though they were very busy and clearly understaffed, she handled everything so well and made sure we were taken care of. Our food came out fast and tasted amazing.

I had the baked chicken with BBQ sauce, mac and cheese, and black-eyed peas — it was all so good and full of flavor.

The only downside was the strawberry lemonade, which tasted more like Kool-Aid and wasn’t great.

Overall, a really good experience and I’d definitely come back!

My daughter had her 18th birthday dinner at Pascals on Sunday. The reservations were made weeks ahead. When my brother got to the restaurant at 6:15 the hostess stated she didn't see a restaurant (the reservation was for 6:30). When I arrived 10mins later no hostess was up front until around 6:45. She found our reservation then told us there would be a 2hr wait time on food and because we had a party of 20 we couldn't split the check. This is something that could have been told at the time of the reservation. My dad who is the director of operations at a restaurant here in GA went to speak to the manager they sent a nice server to our table I can't remember her name but our food was out in under an hour. Now there were no oxtail, no mac and cheese, no Brussels sprouts and a few more items. After we complained about the Mac and cheese they said it would be ready in an hour. Remember we didn't sit down until almost 7 for a 2hr wait dinner and the restaurant closes at 9. Now to the food, everyone at the table chose to keep it simple the majority ordered chicken. Every one who ordered the 2 pieces chicken meal their food was cooked in burned old oil it was horrible that was 4 meals. Then 6 of us ordered the wing meal it was cooked but not crispy at all, the chicken sandwich was a fried bone in breast on a bun which they could have told us they were out of boneless breast. The collard greens were either can to pan or serverly over cooked straight mush, so we're the green beans. The Cornbread was old and dry. I know Pascals and this was byfar the worst experience I've ever had. The director of operations came out asked us about the food and apologized didn't take a thing off the bill and right before we left offered us mac and cheese that was basically noodles with butter and cheese. Me being a Classically trained Chef i hate leaving bad reviews on food establishments especially one like Pascals but this was bad. Pascals you have to do better we spent almost $700 and nobody took their food it all went to the trash.

I went to Pascal’s for my birthday and made reservations for 20 people three weeks in advance. The booking process was easy and smooth, which I appreciated. However, once we arrived, things went downhill fast.

We were told it would be about two hours before we could even get our food, and the restaurant wasn’t even packed like that. We ended up getting our food around the 1 hour and 45 minute mark, which is still way too long to wait, especially with a large group and a reservation made weeks ahead of time.

Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The fried chicken was extremely salty. We waited an additional hour just for mac and cheese. Thankfully, the Director of Operations was very kind and stepped in to give my family mac and cheese, which I appreciated, but the overall quality still wasn’t good. The chicken sandwiches had bones in them — I’m not sure why a whole chicken breast with bones would be put on a sandwich instead of a filet. The collard greens tasted watered down and soapy.

We were placed in a back room that felt very closed off and uncomfortable. It honestly felt like we were tucked away and forgotten. There was no birthday acknowledgment at all — not even a simple “happy birthday.” I’m not sure if they normally do that, but the service overall felt rushed and dismissive, like they were just trying to get us out.

Overall, this was a very disappointing birthday experience. I really expected better, especially after planning weeks in advance.

Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience today. We had an 11:30am reservation and didn’t get seated until noon. Then waited 20 minutes for a coffee and 45 minutes for our food. The server was very friendly but it seems like the kitchen, management and staff wasn’t well prepared. The greens were too vinegary and the mac n cheese wasn’t our favorite. They also charge $5 for parking. We love the history behind this place but it wasn’t well managed today unfortunately.

Valentine’s Day at Pascal’s Restaurant & Bar was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the price charged.

My 5:00 PM reservation was confirmed ahead of time, yet I was called just 8 minutes before my reservation and informed that only a $75 per person Valentine’s Day menu would be available. This was never disclosed when booking. I was already en route and had no opportunity to make alternate plans.

Once seated, I was told I could not order mac and cheese due to the limited menu, yet another table was allowed to order it shortly after. The inconsistency was frustrating and unprofessional.

The service execution continued to fall short:
• Our appetizer arrived 15 minutes after our entrées
• My entrée was served cold
• We waited approximately 10 minutes for silverware after the food was already delivered

While our waiter was polite, the overall management and coordination were clearly lacking. For a nearly $200 fixed-menu experience on Valentine’s Day, this level of service is unacceptable.

Given the circumstances, this experience did not warrant the amount charged, and I would appreciate management reaching out to discuss an appropriate resolution.

Native here of Atlanta my last visit of Paschal was when it was located on Hunter St now MLK, Jr Drive. I decided to try out the new location at Fair & Northside Dr. I walked in proceeded to place my order for take out. I order Fried Chicken Breast Chicken, Potato Salad and Peach Cobbler. I took a seat. I sat there 30 minutes waiting on my order. Notice the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Finally on of the employees notice how long I had been seating there. He went to check on my order. He apologized for my wait so long, brought out my order he said you would enjoy the fish. I responded telling him my order. My order was totally wrong, no potato salad nor peach clobber. The gentleman went to the back to correct my order. Got home looked at no order oh how disgusted I was with the service delivered and the food. I would never go back there nor even recommend Paschal Bothers to anyone,
