I was both disappointed and embarrassed at my recent visit to Paschal's. I had bragged to my visiting friends about the great food at Pascals when they visited over the weekend of Jan 17. First of all, we were a party of 5, but had sent several messages prior to our event date to see if we could had 2 extra people to our reservation - I never received a response, so assumed it was going to be crowded, so we just committed to our initial request. However, when we got there, the place was nearly empty. Second, the food was simply not of Paschal's quality. We have been there numerous times during the years, and it was always a treat. This time, the food was cold - everyone's food; the greens were too vinegary; the mac and cheese (usually my favorite) was congealed and rubbery; the chicken lacked flavor; the sweet potatoes tasted like they were right out of the can. On the plus side, the appetizers were superb - the bang-bang shrimp and fried green tomatoes were a big hit. The Peach Cobbler was okay; and the bread pudding could have been better if the sauce were warm. We spent over $300 and did not feel that we got our money's worth. We will no longer be making any referrals to this restaurant; nor will we be back. The service and people were great! The chef for the night, however, needs to go back to Chef school. We hope that this was just an off night. Thank you.

The restaraunt was not busy when we arrived. Had lunch for a party of 3, and palced 2 takeout meals as well. Overall good experiecne except for food quality. Fried chicken was dry and green beans were soggy. Baked chicken was extremely dry and overcooked. Have been to Pascal's several times, and this is first time we were disapointed with the food quality.

My daughter and I came later at 8pm almost closing so it was quiet only a few people. I found everyone to be phenomenal and customer friendly service from the valet to all the service staff . Never been here but I loved the ambiance and it was very comfortable and clean. The food was good comfort food. The cornbread was a little small I would have expected a big square at a nostalgic place like this but overall I'd definitely come back. My daughter loved it and we really enjoyed our time here.

It's always a treat to eat at Paschal's. Food is great but very filling. The atmosphere is a bit dated, but still a fun experience. Overall it was very good.

Food was cold and overall not good. Used to be great food and ambience. Now it's not clean and the food isn't good.

Attended a birthday dinner...group of 30 people...first of all my order was not complete..the person next to got my fries and I was to take the fries off his plate...secondly, customer's service was pissed poor..thirdly. we were told they could only take 3 credit cards from the party..meaning that one person had to put several tickets on their card..I've never experienced this before..it was completely unprofessional ...

I have been very disappointed with the food quality at Paschals the last 2 times that I've visited. I use to love this place but after this last experience, I prefer not to come back for sometime.

Business dinner on a Tuesday night for 3 people (2+me). Made a reservation, but the place was NOT busy. We sat for 20 minutes before our server (who was also the bartender) came to take our orders (we did drinks and food order at the same time because we had been sitting there for 20 minutes). Drinks take FOREVER, but once the food order got in, it came out at a decent pace, though the appetizer was barely finished before the main courses came out. The food was great. No complaints there. Very tasty! Then we wait for a second round of drinks about 20 more minutes. The bill comes, we pay, I add a 20% tip despite not really feeling the experience justified it, get my print receipt for reimbursement, and we leave. When I get back to my hotel room I notice that I was charged an auto-gratuity of 18%. Since when is auto-gratuity added to a party of 3? So basically, for a subpar dining experience, our server got tipped ABOVE AND BEYOND what he actually deserved. Not OK. Won't be back. Too many other great restaurants in Atlanta, and I've added it to our internal list of restaurants at the firm not to frequent again.

On a vacation in Atlanta to visit a friend. I wanted fried chicken while here and Paschal's did not disappoint me. The fried wings were great. Seasoned nicely and not a lot of coating just like I like them. I also had rice and gravy and candied sweets. I enjoy my meal.

Pascal's is our go-to date lunch spot for my husband and I. The service is always great and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the fried chicken. You can't go wrong.

I have been a few times, but our last visit blew my mind. The robot delivered our fresh and delicious Oxtails over mash potatoes. Oh my goodness!!! The mash potatoes were so flavorful and the Oxtails were falling off the bone. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Waited 2 hours to be seated and additional 1 hour to order & get drinks with food. I ordered the 4 whole wings meal with 2 sides only to receive 3 chicken legs and partial sides. My food was reduced by 50%. I won't be back....

The food is amazing! We've eaten here during the breakfast buffet and a family brunch of 20 people. Everyone loved their meals and we ordered different items. I highly recommend this restaurant. ๐Ÿ‘Œ
