I really wanted to like this place … thought it was going to be good but very let down. AC was down, the place is run down inside. There are so many better places for wings or a Philly!

This establishment has put a bad taste in mouth for the last time. Everytime I come here the lady who is normally taking orders, probably the owner or manger is very rude and has a bad attitude. On Thursday night I was calling to place my order over the phone but they didn’t answer the phone because it was almost closing time. So I went into the restaurant at 8:45, hoping I could place an order but when I walked in they acted like they didn’t see us and they didn’t greet us. From my understanding when working in customer service your suppose to GREET A CUSTOMER! We stood there for about 2 mins and they didn’t say anything to us and my boyfriend had to speak up and ask them are they still taking orders and they lady finally turned around and said no we’re cleaning up. If your establishment closing time is at 9 pm then you’re suppose to take customers up to 9 pm. Please found better employees because the workers are horrible. Do better because they just lost a customer because they lack customer service.

I have been here twice now out of convenience due to currently have some business in this area. The 1st time the food was prepared decently but seemed to be over priced. However most things are high right now so I gave them a second shot but the 2nd time the food was thrown together and the portion for $20 looked like a school bag lunch. Not nearly enough meat on this sandwich, and dry. 2/10 definitely don't recommend! Spend your money somewhere else, Jersey Mike's is further down the street probably worth the trip!

First time here. Got the Philly cheesesteak + wings combo, after pay over $20 for the food and I asked for condiments, they wanted to charge additional $2 dollars for condiments which is very greedy and inconsiderate. The customer service was terrible the lady taking my order was rude and walked away while taking my order just to attend to someone else in middle me placing an order. Very rude, the atmosphere wasn’t welcoming at all. the Philly sub was terrible, the ranch was very watery and disgusting. The only thing decent here was the wings. Overall my experience was disappointing won’t be back.

Every time we go our food is cooked to perfection. The wings are fried just right and the fries are always delicious and you have the option to sprinkle your seasonings on. There are fountain drinks as well as cans and bottles. There are delicious desserts like cakes, cheesecakes, and even cookies. They do get busy so they may not always be able to answer the phone but it’s always worth the trip

Cozy interior, kind staff, but the chicken philly tasted like something served out of a public school cafeteria.

I don't generally complain, but this experience keeps coming to mind and leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I went there on Friday night with my daughter and we are regular patrons. I ordered dry wings and chicken fried rice (my usual) and it was good. I can't finish my rice in one setting, so I went to the counter to buy more sauce and waited about 2 minutes before someone came. It was very near closing and they were cleaning up in the back. I was told I couldn't buy any sauce because the register was closed, so swallowed my pride and asked if she would just give me one and was told no, they were already in the fridge. I understand they wanted to close on time, but they would not take a minute to serve the customer at all was a little hard to swallow and in very poor taste.
