This is a great addition to the neighborhood. The coffee is amazing, as is the food. The Crunch wrap, granola bowl, and Good Times latte are some of our favorites. The employees are all awesome, so you can’t go wrong with Perc.

I visited here with my husband after seeing a recommendation on TikTok. I’ve gotten hesitant to listen to TikTok reviews, as most places seem over-hyped, but we really enjoyed PERC.
The storefront is bright with pretty pastel colors, and easy to spot. Upon entering, the interior gives off a playful/retro vibe, with super cute merch options (coffee cups, bagged coffee, t-shirts, etc.) and plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors.
I tried the Happy Camper and my husband had the Good Times Latte, both iced. We also split a raspberry and cheese danish. Everything was phenomenal — the flavors in the coffee were so rich and unique and the danish tasted fresh and delicious.
On top of all the selling points outlined above, the staff was extremely friendly and even offered us free stickers. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Amazing coffee! I went for the first time without knowing their kitchen menu stopped at 3PM - they should clearly label that somewhere. I tried a donut of theirs also! it was tasty!

PERC is the cute, local coffee shop you dreamed of having within walking distance... now realized. The shop has only been open a couple of months but seems to have a dedicated roster of regulars already. The shop has plenty of seating (inside and out) and is a great alternative to those "other" drive-thru coffee joints around. I'm not even a coffee drinker but I've seen some of the coffee art they make (shout out Ines) and it's clear the team knows what they are doing. Food wise, the Gruyère cheese twists (from Alon's) and the housemade granola bowl with yogurt, berries and honey are delish!
