Drove 20 mins for them to be closed early. Terrible experience, won’t be back not worth the disappointment.
Phone number for this established doesn’t work so there was no way to call ahead
Not gonna lie: the name won me over first, so I went in out of curiosity. It still has me wondering: did someone think of the name first, then decide to create Vietnamese-barbecue fusion just to make this a thing? In the end, it doesn’t matter, because the food was awesome and the staff were friendly and funny. Well done, everyone!

Solid Pho. The broth could be more flavorful and the music was pretty loud. But the fact there are rice noodles and lots of garnishes made up that for me!

A neighbor recommended this pho spot, glad I came.
The pho could use a little more seasoning, maybe more cubes/aromatics/bone but its pho.. you can add fish/hoisin/siracha to taste anyways, maybe non asians like it this way?
Brisket in Pho is pretty good, its different for sure, but hey you are eating out why have the same stuff at home?
If I was more harsh, noodles could have been boiled a bit longer, maybe inconsistent.
Feels like I am in a Jethros/BBQ joint that serves Pho!

Delicious.
Edit: Very disappointed with our latest experience. We ordered 1 pound of brisket and instead got half a pound of fat (see photo). We've come multiple times before and the meat was perfect, but this latest experience has left us very concerned.
Hands down the best BBQ I've had in Atlanta. Incredibly good food, good ambience, and located in a very cute neighborhood. This is a must-try

Food was flavorful and filling. The atmosphere could use some improvement in the layout and/or offering of the seating. The service was slightly awkward and cold but overall okay. The fried pickles and queso Mac and cheese were excellent. The banh mi was a little dry but dipping it in the pho broth helped. I'd pass on the brisket egg rolls as it was more noodles than anything else in the filling. Pho was flavorful and the fatty brisket made it really decadent.

It's partly my fault! I didn't read. Its pho meets bbq. But I wasn't a fan of the smoked brisket in the pho. The place is a cute little place. Waiters were great. I just unfortunately was not a fan of the pho. I also had fried pickles and they were really salty. I wouldn't go back. I rather traditional pho.

Update: been many times, finally tried the vermicelli salad with chicken, it was deliciously refreshing and filling. The herbs / veggies really complement the smoked chicken flavor. The brisket egg rolls were delicious as usual.
Update: the new burger is juicy and flavorful. The bánh mì bread was on point today as well. We were blessed by the presence of Sylvester the mayor of Glenwood.
Delicious food, lots of great entrees and sides. Excellent service, quick and friendly. Dining inside/outside and takeout are all good options. Follow socials for the occasional special menu item. The Fried Rice is amazing and underrated.

This is NOT traditional Vietnamese food it is Texas Bbq fusion AND absolutely delicious! I ordered the vermicelli salad 10/10 and huge portion. I also ordered the pho bowl with brisket. I prefer my brisket on the side to eat half with their delicious bbq sauce and the other half in my pho. ? Delicious however this is NOT traditional pho. The flavors are a Vietnamese inspired but very bbq /smoked. Would be even better with a beer I’m certain ??
