Food was poor quality and staff appeared to be confused when I came to collect my order which I had been told was ready. I had ramen and the broth was much too strong, noodles were rubbery, pork was overcooked with a weird taste. All the toppings on my ramen were cold as if they had been taken straight from a fridge and thrown in. Also got sick after eating here. Music was too loud to the point the staff could barely hear my order. There are certainly better ramen places you could find with better quality and prices.

Manager on Saturday Dec 7 did not allow a woman with a service animal to stay inside the establishment. The manager had incorrect info about service animals by telling her no dogs were allowed inside. She politely tried to correct him by saying that was illegal to deny her. Then manager proceeded to then ask for her to show paperwork. I told him he was incorrect, that there are only 2 questions you can ask of a service animal (main one being "what service does this animal provide for you?") But it is 100% incorrect and illegal to discriminate against a service animal and NO official paperwork exists. This manager has bad info, is in the wrong and really needs to educate himself. I do NOT recommend anyone requiring a service animal to go here until this manager apologizes here in the reviews so people know they will be safe to be there without being yelled at by him. Food was good but not worth it for witnessing the illegal discrimination.

This place used to be a good place for regulars but has lately been very rude to customers. One of the bartenders named Erick yelled at me upon my arrival after I patiently waited for my drink for over 20 minutes. The bar was not packed but he intentionally ignored me after he said he was upset with a group of people I came in with when I always come alone. He then went on to bad mouth me to the other bartender working as well. I have been coming to this bar since it opened and have rarely had issues here but I want not return again. It really is a shame. Hopefully someone will reach out and fix the situation and speak with him because it isn't how this place acquired regulars.

The Battery is not bike friendly. I parked my bike outside of ph east and was about to walk inside ph east and spend money when a security guard told me I need to move my bike away. Then I saw police with their lights on. So I just left the battery entirely. They are literally chasing away costumers. No wonder all the restaurants there have a high turnover.

The bartender was fantastic. The food at Ramen was good but I did ask if the chicken bowl had fish sauce (I'm highly allergic). The cashier said no. Well, we ate our app's there and I took my bowl home. I had an allergic reaction after two bites. Going forward, dont trust a cashier go where they have servers.d Or just order vegan..
