Staff was friendly and welcoming. I got an original and it was blah.
Food was great 👍🏾
Best Philly I’ve had in a while, and the fries were excellent! Fantastic service- I’ll be back!!
Every time I stop in, the lady at counter is very nice and brings out my food. The mushroom is my typical order and it’s always delicious. They have a very consistent restaurant which is hard to find. I’m a happy customer.
Great people are running this store. They remember we have visited several times before.
Curly fries was good, that Philly sub was trash, it was hot and fresh but don't waste your money.
Owner is rude. I sat in the benches outside not realizing that it was connected to the restaurant due to heat & having to wait for my phone next door. The Owner started off coming to me by saying “I’m being nice right now” asking me to move. Which was absolutely not problem since I have a car. However, I’ve never even looked at this resturant nor do I plan to in the future based off of his attitude.
Traveling from Orange Beach to Atlanta, Georgia stopped at the one location in Auburn Alabama, the bread was burnt black I don’t know why anyone would have served it. I believe they pre-cooked their meat as well, because I’ve eaten at Philly connection numerous times and it was just minutes before the sandwich is ready, not enough time to cook raw meat. Disappointed. Used to be one of my favorite cheese steak places, definitely gone downhill.
I recently moved from Maryland to Atlanta. I ordered my first local chicken cheesesteak from Philly Connection. It was tasty and tender. The sub roll was fresh. I have found my "go to" for subs.

Ok I just ate here for the first time. Just told the chef to basically “feed me” I got the original (see photo). I can’t say enough about HOT FRESH FAST AND DELICIOUS. Service was great with a smile all the way through. I hope they never change the French fries yum ? The place was small but spotless clean. I’ll be a regular here. You should at least give them a try. You won’t regret it. A+
Kid-friendliness: My kids would love this place.

I have been coming to this location for many years & it’s still fantastic. Always consistent, quick & delicious!
Definitely my go to place for a great Philly Cheesesteak. The mushroom with grilled onions, and of course, the curly fries is hard to pass up. Not sure if it is the fresh ingredients or the amazing bread but Philly Connection never disappoints. Absolutely delicious, but what really stands out is the service. Staff is always friendly and more than willing to offer suggestions of their own favorites if you just can’t decide.

I may be old fashioned and set in my ways. 30 years ago these restaurants were everywhere serving up the best cheesesteaks in ATL. Somehow around 2003 the entire franchise went downhill. Today I experienced my last visit to Philly Connection. It is beyond me how a Plain Jane is inedible.
Time to let this one go, and that hurts me to say. Once the best but now the worst.
Friendly staff. Clean inside. Food could be seasoned better but it was decent.
