It all depends on who's there to cook it. If the brothers are there man...the sandwiches are dripping good
I went into food works and chose to eat here especially when I heard it was black owned. The salmon Philly jawn was good. Wish it came with fries instead of chips. The gentleman at the register wasn’t inviting mugging while I order don’t go looking for great customer service but the food was decent.

The Salmon egg rolls are delicious as well the nachos and of course the Phillies...
Loooooook! I don't eat out much cause I'm a culinary artist, but I needed to get my son out of the house and he loves Chattahoochee Food Works. I was walking by and saw the spot but I don't eat beef or chicken so I started to turn away but I saw a sign that said "Try that Salmon Jawn!"..... They had me at "jawn" cause ain't nothing for Philly than that! I got the salmon jawn with EVERYTHING...fried onions, peppers, mushrooms, provolone, all the sauces. LOAD DAT THANG! I get it with the complimentary chips and head to our hallway spot to eat. I took ONE bite...the roll was so pillowy soft! You know how the sub shops have hard bread you gotta fight through???? NOT.PHILLY.G.STEAKS!!!!! That first bite had me shooketh! INCREDIBLE. I literally looked at the sandwich like...wayment!??! I got UP...walked BACK to the spot....to the side so I could get the attention of my G on the grill to tell him he did his BIG ONE! That jawn was seasoned to perfection on that soft @$$ roll!!! OOOOH!!!!! get dat!! get it now!!! It's huge too! I ate half last night and had the other half for breakfast....sweet baby Hay-Seuss in a manger! We'll be back!!!! -Rare
They cancelled my order on DoorDash after keeping me waiting for more than an hour.

Excellent service, and the food is just as amazing! I highly recommend it. I wish we had a Philly G Steaks in Rhode Island. Well done, guys! Next time I'm in town, I'll be stopping by.
Customer service here is typical atlanta customer service. They may or may not speak to you. It depends on who’s working. They’re not always welcoming & friendly. If the customer service was as good as the food this place would be 5 stars hands down. The owner is pretty nice though. If you run into him you should have a good experience.

Hands down, this is the best cheesesteak outside of South Philly. Big Dave's comes close, but falls short due to Philly G's adding some seasoning to the finely chopped ribeye. My go to is the beef cheesesteak with provolone, onions and mushrooms. Anything more would just mask the amazing flavor. The crew at the Chattahoochee Food Works location is always friendly, and I have yet to have a bad experience. If you've ever lived in Philly and you're craving an authentic cheesesteak, Philly G's is the standard by which all others should be judged. Oh yeah, don't forget the mango cherry water ice for dessert.

OMG! I was not expecting this philly to be so freaaaaaaking great! Philly steak with provolone, the perfect amount of jalapeños and banana peppers, it was juicy, cheesy and I dont know how but the bun was soft and toasted at the same time. Philly G Steaks' wife gave an excellent suggestion for washing this all down with the frozen cocktail "painkiller" from the Center Bar and she was absolutely correct in her suggestion. It was great.
Although, not pictured b/c it was already consumed, the frozen Margherita sangria from Taqueria La Luz will get you there within minutes and it tastes great.
Belén de La Cruz had the best cheesy beef empanada's in Atlanta. We will be returning soon.

My son told me about this place and I was excited. There was no one at the counter and when the guy finally showed up he was rude. Trust I rather actually go to Philly to get a Philly chicken. I just read the other reviews and thought it was just me. But the customer service has been horrible for years I see. Never again will I go or recommend anyone. Get to together!!!

As our children might say, “These cheesesteaks slap!” and pass the “grease (or juices) in the bag” test! We were impressed. They offer Beef, Chicken, and a “Salmon Jawn”. The owner who was not present is said to be from Philadelphia.
Having spent lots of time in Philly searching for the perfect hoagie throughout the years, we must say that these sandwiches are quite flavorful Atlanta! (They come with/a free bag of personal sized chips).
Located inside of Atlantas own, “The Works” co-op on Chattahoochee. Artsy environment. Nice area to take a walk before or after. Lots of other hidden gems inside of co-op in case the person you decide to bring along is in the mood for cuisine from some other part of the world.
We visited on more than one occasion and some of the staff were not as warm and enthused as others but the food was great.
Ample Tables, Seating, and Free 2 Hour parking. Great for family, friends, and possibly even a date! Their Chicken Cheesesteak has made our top 3 Cheesesteaks in the Atlanta area list! Try them!
Parking: There is free 2 hour parking outdoors and an aesthetically pleasing parking deck of some sort that we did not explore.
Kid-friendliness: Family Friendly environment.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps, accessible restrooms, and parking available.

My steak was extremely salty. Couldn't finish it. I don't think the cooks follow a set recipe and instead wing it making results unpredictable
