I've been coming here for 3 years and love the place. Service is great and so is the food.
Giving a one star because the pho was mid in the boba tea is not authentic. It contains no milk Even though there are actual decorations of real traditional bubble tea on the restaurant walls. I've been drinking real boba tea for 35 years. Waiter tried to gaslight me as if it was normal to have boba tea that looks like a bottle of Liptons. They also gave me a lemon instead of a lime. The explanation for the phony bubble tea is that that is what their customers want. So how about taking the photos a boba tea off your walls.
The ac don't work very warming the space. I order spring rolls in what world does regular lettuce come on a spring roll! No mint in it either makes no since. The peanut sauce was bland and had no nuts on top. Don't waste you money will not be back!!!!
It was just ok. Bit onthe salty side and diff flavor compared to others fresh pho but still ok and if im close and want pho ill come back. Loved how clean the condiment bottles were. They were very kind & fast.
I placed a Togo order and asked for no jalapeño due to an allergy. When he handed me the order he says, “there’s no jalapeño and extra lime.” I get home and there’s jalapeño in the bag. I call and he says to me “oh I thought you said extra jalapeno” which is the furthest thing from what I said as he tries to convince me that’s what I said. I was going to bring it back to return, but it’s not even worth it. Will not step foot in this restaurant again.
Patch the ceilling and hire floor manager that can speak english and spanish.
While I was sitting for pho 4 group of people left without chance to sit on table.
Hire someone who can deal with multiple people at the sametime.
I placed an order at 5:18 PM and arrived to pick it up shortly after, but I didn’t receive my food until 6:05 PM. The restaurant was extremely busy, likely due to an event at Atlantic Station, and it looked like mostly one person was handling everything, with occasional help from a second person. I understand that they were short-staffed and overwhelmed, but no one acknowledged me or updated me on my order the entire time I was waiting, which made the experience frustrating.
While waiting, I saw multiple other customers dealing with the same issue. One person had been waiting at least 35 minutes just to order a drink, but since no one ever came to take her order, she eventually just gave up and left. Another person came in for a mobile order and waited about 10 minutes before giving up and going across the street to get food instead. A couple also came in, waited a long time without being acknowledged, and eventually left before anyone even talked to them.
When it was finally my turn to be served, the worker started seating customers who had arrived after me. I had to actively grab his attention just to get my food, and by the time I finally received it, it had already cooled down quite a bit. There was no estimated pickup time given, so I don’t even know how long it had been sitting there.
I get that they were busy, but some basic communication with customers would have made a huge difference. Seeing multiple people walk out due to lack of service makes it clear that this isn't just a one-time issue. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.
Pho soup was great! Very calm atmosphere and nice service.
We got a chicken pho and a beef pho and they were both delicious, the broth was very tasty and there was plenty of meat in both of them. Also got a Thai tea and the shrimp roll that was also great. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Atlantic station 😊
Good flavor, it would have been nice to get more than 8 shrimp in an $18 bowl of soup.

The food was extremely underwhelming and left much to be desired. The broth, which should be the heart of the dish, was notably bland and lacked the depth of flavor I’ve come to expect from a well-prepared broth. I typically look forward to bold, savory, and satisfying flavors, but this missed the mark entirely. Based on the menu, I had already set my expectations low, and unfortunately, the experience delivered just that. I won’t be returning to this place as it failed to offer anything memorable or worth recommending.
The food was great, and the service was as well.
Young waiter was rude from the beginning very unwelcoming didn’t want to clean the table before us, didn’t come back to check on us after ordering, didn’t come to give us our ticket or clean the table after us. Manager was very very rude! Catches his breath and shakes his body in annoyance when I said, I would like to place a to go order and when my friend said she was going to pay with cash.
