The food was FANTASTIC! Plenty of beef and meatballs amazing! The ladies that waited on us were extremely nice and helpful explaining the menu. Do yourself a favor and try the combo PHO!

As far as the atmosphere, the waitress/server was selective with her discrimination as far as seating. She allowed customers sitting with food from other places to sit there, but when we sat there, she told us we had to move. Keep your rules for everyone, or no one at all.

Came by with a group of friends and bought Pho here. Pho was decent but the service wasn’t great by the blonde lady at the counter. My friends and I share few food together included Pho and needed more Sriracha sauce so I went over and asked for empty cup so I can fill a little Sriracha. But then I got asked “where’s my ticket” “really? You were here?” “What did you order?” With a weird and awkward looking eyes from her not believing in my words. Worst service I ever experienced in my life. Could have been handled better ^^

Called to ask about ordering for pick up, asked for the price and was told “I don’t have a computer in front of me, I can’t see the prices, it’s different online and in person. Maybe it’s better you come in person.” Which was entirely unhelpful and defeats the purpose of calling ahead. Shady behavior. Makes it seem like they up charge for to-go orders and don’t have accurate menu prices online.

Yesterday I was unpleasantly surprised by the level of service. I usually buy Pho while I'm waiting for my daughter from school in Krog. Yesterday I asked my daughter to buy a Pho while I was in traffic. When I opened the bags at home, it turned out that the portion size was two times smaller than usual. I think this is due to the fact that when children buy, they are given a smaller portion than adults for the same money. It's a shame!

We ordered takeout and were very disappointed. We both got the beef pho and spring rolls. When we came to pick it up, the price they charged us was much higher than what is stated on the menu.
The menu said the spring rolls come with steamed shrimp, mint, and basil. It came with deep fried shrimp, and there was absolutely no mint or basil in either of our rolls. It didn’t taste like a spring roll at all.
The beef came already in the hot broth and was dry, tough, and very overcooked. It still had silver skin on it. The noodles were completely solid and gelatinous and it was impossible to unstick them.
