After waiting for so long to get here. I realized this was another belt line fast food Pho stop. Not automatically made but it will do. I'm not a fan of the popup Pho restaurants but I don't want to discourage anyone who is not familiar with a real Pho broth from trying it.
We got a combo pho, beef pho, and shrimp spring rolls. I think they could have added more meat and noodles because when I first looked at my bowl, it just looked like soup. The soup was strong and flavorful though. However, service was slow. It took forever to get our orders in and for the food to be made.
