The cost for parking at the ATLPark is ridiculously high. The hourly parking to drop off guests is $10/hr. It is almost like you are being encouraged to drop off your guest or pick them up from the curb, which in turn causes the huge back up getting into the airport. ATL Airport needs to figure out their parking as well as the approach into the airport for picking and dropping of guests.
ATL is a very efficient and well-run airport. Traveling to and from here has always been a pleasure. However, parking at the airport is another matter… I made an advance parking reservation at the International Park Ride through the official ATL ParkATL website for $77 and received a valid confirmation. However, when I exited the parking lot, the system did not recognize my reservation, and I was charged $180 — more than double the prepaid price. Despite showing my confirmation to the on-site staff, they were unable to resolve the issue. I understand there is a requirement to enter and exit using the credit card linked to the reservation, which I unfortunately missed, but I still believe a prepaid reservation should be honored at the reserved rate. I have already disputed the charge with my credit card company and reached out to customer service for assistance. I hope ATL and its parking partners can improve this process to prevent confusion and overcharging in the future. Travelers: please read the instructions carefully and be aware of the payment requirements when using the ParkATL reservation system.
I live in the Atlanta metro area and fly out of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport every week. I always arrive at least 2 hour and 15 minutes early, as it takes at least 45 minutes to get through Security. This is unacceptable! I understand it is the busiest airport, but why not prepare for it.
Angry and ignorant management staff at baggage claim. They snapped my head off for asking a question about which baggage return my luggage would come out on since my flight I got off of over an hour earlier was not listed even though a flight from the same location with the same airline that was scheduled to land over two hours later than mine did was listed. Very hateful and snotty. Acted very disinterested in helping me or even listening to me. The management group must be hard up for staff or it’s too much hassle to dismiss some. I would never act in that manner towards a customer if I was on staff and I would not tolerate an employee much less several acting in that manner if I were the boss. I know my rating will do nothing, but Hartsfield - Jackson, you NEED to do better!!
This place has a good location, but the service was terrible and the food was even worse. I wouldn’t come back. The only thing I enjoyed was the beer. Whatever you do, do not order the charcuterie board — the cheese tasted like it had been stored uncovered in the fridge, absorbing all the bad odors. It even came with garlic that tasted rotten, and I actually love garlic! That alone is -10 points. The panini wasn’t even a real panini — it was just a basic sandwich. Honestly, the only redeeming qualities were the beer and the location. They really need to work on improving the food and service.
Every single employee in every job is angry that they’re there, it’s so overcrowded that they’re constantly yelling at the passengers when there’s nowhere to move, and they still haven’t figured out that air conditioning has been invented. Oh, don’t forget to bring nose plugs- the building reeks.
Came to The Piano Bar after a long day of travel and delays and lucked out having Ashlen as my bartender! She was so sweet and attentive! It was a busy night with all the weather and even with all the people coming up and flagging her down she took care of them all!
Great location right in the middle of the concourse. Bartender made me a delicious gin and tonic. Can't ask for more.
ATL International Airport has the rudest TSA agents I have ever encountered and I travel a lot. They treat people rudely and don’t have any professionalism. It’s time for Homeland Security to clean this mess up.
These people don't give af about their job

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem in the Heart of ATL!
I had the pleasure of stopping by the Piano Bar at the Atlanta airport during a layover, and I’m so glad I did. Autumn, the bartender, absolutely made my day. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly—one of those people who just makes you feel welcome the second you sit down.
Not only did she make a great cocktail (perfectly balanced and exactly what I needed), but she also kept the vibe light and upbeat, chatting with guests and keeping the energy up despite the travel-weary crowd. She handled the bar like a total pro—fast, efficient, and with a great sense of humor.
Autumn turned a boring layover into a genuinely enjoyable experience. If you're passing through ATL, do yourself a favor and stop by the Piano Bar. And if Autumn’s behind the bar, you’re in for a treat.
No sense of urgency no order waited 45 min just to get skipped then when I did get my beverage of choice I wanted to place a food order and the bartender wouldn’t make eye contact with me acted like I wasn’t there.for no reason no attitude nothing just wanted a snack and beer before my flight if you don’t want to work you shouldn’t come in and ruin a good establishment his name was DEON
So dirty. Trash cans were over flowing and airport employees are totally disengaged. Disappointing to return to this.
Bartender did not let me sit in the bar to eat their pizza without ordering alcohol. Place wasn’t busy and there was plenty of space to sit. I tried ordering with him but he wouldn’t stop chatting with the other bartender, that’s why I went to order in line. Bad service
This airport is an unmitigated dump.
