ATL International Airport has the rudest TSA agents I have ever encountered and I travel a lot. They treat people rudely and don’t have any professionalism. It’s time for Homeland Security to clean this mess up.
So dirty. Trash cans were over flowing and airport employees are totally disengaged. Disappointing to return to this.
This airport is an unmitigated dump.
I checked 2 boxes of wine that made it from Italy without a scratch until they went through the Atlanta airport. The animals that work there decided to throw them around and destroy them despite a dozen Fragile Stickers. My kids asked my why I put so many stickers before the boxes were checked. After were received them back like this I agreed with them; the animals who handled the boxes most likely can't read. I will avoid this airport at all costs.

Posting a review is not of my usual nature. However, I feel as though this would be a warning to people. We are just stopping through and my partner saw the cannoli on the menu (per the Italian, it was a no brainer).
The price on the menu is as stated $5.95. However, AFTER my partner paid for the cannoli, the price came out to $12.96…. To my surprise I stated that there should be some clarification as to why the charge is over twice the listed price (I wasn’t aware taxes are so high?!)!
The woman at the register stated that, “they haven’t updated the prices on menus yet”.
This is in violation of Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (Ga. Code Ann. §§ 10-1-390). “The FBPA states that unfair or deceptive business practices in the marketplace are unlawful. The law contains a non-exhaustive list of actions that are prohibited and among these, include: Falsely representing the price of an item”. (Yes this is copy and paste, however it is factual).
While their other foods and services may be good and enjoyable, this is unprofessional of a business and brings caution the prices of other items on their menu, what would happen if a person could only hypothetically afford the $5.95 and not the $12.96. Please do better and if the prices change, be attentive and proactive to changing them.

So the atmosphere is great but the service sucks. Asked if we could sit guy told us yes (failed to tell us no food service) ordered a blue moon- asked for an orange and told no. Rude shit customer service for a crappy expensive beer!

Why do the Atlanta TSA staff feel it is necessary to yell at people? Just stop please.
Piano player was great. Anwar was an excellent bartender. He was kind and attentive and worked quickly with a crowd. Very good service from him.
His partner Deon not so much..he was rude and couldn’t be bothered with paying customers. He was bothered we spent over $50 cash and didn’t have a tab open. He had to walk very far in the 3 ft (which is generous) of distance between us and the register. I understand there must be rude customers in a high volume bar but customer service is still a thing.

The Piano Bar has a nice atmosphere, and the live music is awesome, making it a great spot to chill while waiting for your flight.
The service was decent, and the food was okay, nothing too special though.
The real issue came when it was time to pay. They don’t accept debit cards because they don’t have a wireless terminal for entering your PIN, and they won’t let you go up to the counter to do it either.
That’s a big hassle, especially in an airport where most people rely on their cards. So if you’re planning to stop by, make sure you’ve got cash or a credit card.

The atmosphere and service was great. Food outstanding. Tucked away out of the mainstream traffic of the airport. Highly recommend!

Let me say… at first I was ignored, berated, and called names by a young lady at the bar tonight (the 29th of September), but then a middle aged gentleman, called the bar supervisor, stepped in. The young lady threatened to call the police because I put my head on my hands after fifteen minutes of her on her phone behind the bar and not being served or acknowledged! Have to say the manager made it right! Hats off to the manager. I don’t know who they’re hiring since the Atlanta Airport is normally on point! As a bartender, if you don’t like somebody at your bar ask them to leave! Don’t ignore them and play on your phone for a quarter of an hour before calling them expletives! That’s just inappropriate! But yes, the middle aged manager is awesome! He knows hospitality….the individuals they’re hiring on the other hand?
Come but ask for a manager off the bat!

Discriminatory practices. Fri afternoon Oct 4th 2024 I went to sit at The Piano Bar & asked the female bartender there if I could get a diet Coke and she said "No you cannot sit at the bar unless you order liquor.". And then I think she said something about ordering a pizza and I said okay I'll order food so I first ordered my cocktail and then went over and ordered a big salad from the pizza place next door with a different name ( not knowing the pizza place is actually the same restaurant ) . As I was eating my salad I noticed She told not one other person who came to sit at the bar that they had to order an alcoholic beverage. I didn't want to have any alcohol but I drank my cocktail anyway, Only because she told me it was mandatory.
After observing interactions with multiple other patrons I asked the bartender why she told me I had to order an alcoholic beverage to sit at the bar. She said "Because you do". And then I pointed out The young lady sitting next to me did not order any alcohol. She said "That's because she ordered food". And then I said "But I ALSO ordered food. I had a HUGE salad "(& she knew that because she's the one who took my plate away when I was finished). ...But you still told me that to sit at the bar I had to order a cocktail". As soon as you realized there was no valid reason for telling me that she said "Oh, I'm sorry ma'am".
I'm a very well-presented business traveler.. So it wasn't because I look like a vagrant or anything. And I spent probably twice as much as all the other patrons who sat next to me....Definitely some kind of discrimination going on there. It made me very uncomfortable.
