There were no onions for the liver. I was told that it would be 30 -40 min for onions to cook. The food was not hot, when I asked could it be warmed, it was returned to me the same. Me and my sister are senior and we look like seniors but we were not offered the senior discount, when we saw so many senior after we sat down, then we were told we had to ask for the discount before we paid. I think I will cook at home next time.

Piccadilly really needs a makeover. I'm tired of the old tables and booths. The booths are totally worn out and sink in. The bathrooms need renovations also

Our waiter was excellent. I was disappointed with the food. The food wasn't seasoned like it use to be.

The Mac & cheese had diced onions in it🤢. Immediately no don’t ever in your life as long as you on GODS green earth put onions in mac & cheese. The rest of the meal was good.

Everything was good but the Hawaiian chicken was chewy. Dining area needs some love. It hasn't been changed in forever.

Went to this restaurant for the first time. I like that you get to pick your own foods cafeteria style. I don't like the fact that you can't see the menu and prices before you get your tray. I was not thrilled when I saw the prices of the entrees. The food isn't expensive it's just that for what I paid for I expected better and larger sides. I got the chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy along with the broccoli salad. The salad was okay, the tenders were barely warm and the mashed potatoes were both cold and slightly warm in some areas. The gravy was slightly warm. The food tasted okay, nothing that I had was salty which is good. My daughter had the fruit salad, green salad, pasta salad, Nashville hot chicken with macaroni and cheese. The fruit salad was warm and fruit was hard and not ripe. The green salad was not cold. The pasta salad was too vinegary, we could not finish it. The chicken and macaroni tasted okay but was chewy and we're barely warm. My mother in law had the fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes and green salad. Her food was also barely warm. Needless to say I wasn't impressed and this place is a food poisoning haven waiting to happen with the lack of adequate food temps of their food. The servers, cashiers and lady cleaning up the table and serving the napkins were all nice. The dining room seemed clean as well.

This food got me violently ill and still having troubles with my stomach. Ordered on DoorDash and ordered roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, and broccoli and cheese casserole. The meat didn’t look the best and I tried it and it wasn’t good, unseasoned and so was the casserole. The gravy with the food was very runny. Quality control needs to be done on what is being sent out.

The management at Greenbriar’s Picadilly do not appreciate their customers because if they did they would have more than one cashier working on Sundays. Each time I have come after church the line has been long and moves slowly because only one cashier is working. Please do better by having 2 cashiers work.
