Im so pissed ..I live in Rhode Island now and saw a truck with the name on the highway tonight and just kneewwww i was gonna get red velvet cake …Googled and saw it in MA and its not the same as the Atlanta one😩😩 I might have to catch a flight !!I miss this place so much

Today October 8th I shared with the cashier I experienced a bad batch the iceing was not not cream cheese. She stated in a condescending tone no we don’t use butter cream. Very direct. & dismissive to my experience. However a white man walked in she was pleasant bubbly, how can I help you, using words like sure and your welcome. But to me, I didn’t receive no compassion. No thank you after I paid. This location on Collier was not pleasant.

As a longtime customer who has probably purchased over 75 cakes for business purposes in the past few years, I have to say how disappointed I have become recently in their decline in customer service and quality. When I purchased a chocolate cake for a Christmas party that I was hosting, the cake was extremely dry and almost inedible. When I reported this to the Cobb Pkwy store on the next business day, I was initially told that I would have to bring in the original cake to get a refund. I was quite shocked as this was during the holiday season and I didn’t keep the cake. I threw it away after the party. Then today, I stopped by the Collier store to pick up a cake for a business event tomorrow. I had very short notice of the event. I’ve never had issues with cake availability at this main store however at 4:30 PM, they only had one cake left in the entire store (German Chocolate). I was told that they had less cakes due to it being Labor Day yesterday and they weren’t allowed to order a lot. This confused me as I don’t know how Labor Day would impact cake sales the following day? But then I was also told when I called customer service that this is called piece of cake. That they only guarantee selling pieces of cake not whole cakes. So I guess I’ll be moving on because it’s no longer a piece of cake to buy a cake here.

I have been absolutely raving just positivity about A Piece Of Cake and how delicious and moist the slices are. I haven’t
been able to get to any of the locations because I no longer live in the area. I had my husband stop by The Collier location because he was near there on Sunday to get me a couple sices of lemon cake and a slice of strawberry cake. He got home and I presume this was a lemon pound cake and it was hard as a rock, the strawberry cake was not as moist as I remembered. I was very disappointed so I had to make this review.

Had a bad experience with the associate named Cora. My friend responded to her twice by calling her “Ms/miss” and she became rude during checkout saying “You can really stop with the Ms. stuff” and rolled her eyes. It was totally uncalled for and unnecessary. This was my first time being helped by her and it really put a damper on my experience at this location. The other woman who worked there seemed much friendlier.

Love, Love the German chocolate cake is very good. Homemade fresh!! Amazing can't wait to go back and try all of their cakes. First time buying sweets from Piece of Cake . Its now my cake place!!

I will never understand why the trucks will block you in and act like you are not there. I had to wait for this guy to take his time unloading a truck so I could get out.

STACY is amazing 🫶🏿! Me and my family came in today and her customer service, patience and opinion was greatly appreciated! I love piece of cake but this location has not been my favorite due to experiencing dry cake, and had never received this type of customer service from this location until STACY. THANK YOU will be back in to see her 👸🏿

Seems like everything is a couple days old here. The main shop in Buckhead is significantly better

We had 5 cakes for a bday party and they were all pretty dry and underwhelming. Wouldn’t recommend any of them unfortunately.

Very bad. Older black lady with glass. Said good morning and that's it. The other younger black lady outside on the phone blaming the other one inside for not helping me.

The team here is absolutely amazing and the customer service is impeccable. Miss Donna is the sweetest woman I have ever met with the best energy. It’s just really hard to find good people like that these days that genuinely love what they do.

Sour cream coffee cake is crumbly. Apparently they cut down on egg in the recipe :(

The cakes are delicious. However, the service is bad. Why be so rude and rush people on purchasing items? Desserts make people happy. I will not return to this location, especially on a Saturday if the rude female is working.
