It struck the perfect balance between being a light and refreshing treat, making it an ideal choice for any occasion, from casual gatherings to more formal celebrations. I served this cake for my husband's birthday. Everyone really enjoyed this cake. Refreshing lime flavor that awakened my senses. I also like the skillful craftsmanship of the bakers.

The attitude of the staff there now is HORRIBLE. They are very rude and argumentative which is sad because their cakes are good. I will NEVER order a cake from there again! Their policy for pick-ups is not posted, and when you call them they just over talk you. So disheartening. I will stick with Cami Cakes, for sure!

Typically when I do a review mostly when I have a very bad experience. However, this is not the case. I was picking up a DoorDash order and while waiting I was offered a slice of cake (that tasted amazing!!) this happened a year ago, but it told me everything I needed to know about this company. Top tier customer service, amazing product and hearts of gold! Somethings you can’t teach. #Greatcakes

had a taste for pound cake so i google this place and saw the reviews I normally make my decisions basic on them. I should have listen. I brought a couple of slices of cake. Pound cake being one of them. All three cakes tasted stale!!! It wasn’t moist. The cakes taste like it been on the shelter for weeks instead of being freshly made. I will never go back to this location again!!!

This location has gone down so bad. I’m not sure if the owner changed after Covid but the quality or employees and the store is horrible. I was going at least once a week however I will not be back to this location anymore. For this location to be where it is I wish it was back to the way it was when it had quality pleasant employees.

Everyone else if you want to treat, put a smile on your face and inches on your waist please try one of desserts at piece of cake the girl behind the counter I have a nice southern accent. They were all nice and friendly, and I had to get out of there before I destroyed my waist line. Not recommending anything because it's all good! ..........."carrot cake"

Our business bought cupcakes to celebrate our employees birthdays this month and Piece of cake has ruined the day and birthdays for many. We ordered cupcakes and received them all out of place and smashed together. We called in hopes that they will make it right. I was advised by the “manager” Keiry that they cannot replace the cupcakes. We provide them business every month and spend 100s of dollars. This is ridiculous for something we did not do. I do not recommend piece of cake and we will take our business else where and suggest you do the same!

First visit was wonderful; however, the quality has not been consistent. On two separate occasions I have purchased a cake labeled as something that it was not. More recently my two slices of white chocolate tasted like regular cake and the establishment smelled of marijuana. Please train your staff to ensure all cakes are labeled correctly, fresh, and up to par. Also professionalism is very important. The store should not smell of weed. Many people detest this smell, myself included.

I am a delivery driver and I stopped by this afternoon to pickup for a customer, and the woman working the counter gave me a free piece of cake. It is the best coconut cake I have ever had in my life and it was the nicest gesture I've ever experienced while driving. Outstanding cake and people!

There was a lady there that refused to give her name, smoking front of the building and on her cell phone. She went in on her cell phone and refused to get off. Smacking her lips (dos i mention an OLD LADY?! SMH! She was rude and combative. The reviews are talking about her behavior. She refused to give her name said they need her and they are not going to do anything about her behavior. From the other complaints it seems that way. HORRIBLE! I’m going to Cami Cakes! Tuh!
