The two boys that were there on this past Monday were just trash. Customer service doesn’t seem to be important at this establishment. The cakes were old hard and dry. I was trying to order a cake for my daughter’s birthday and was told I couldn’t pay for it and since it would not be available until the next day, just take my chances and come tomorrow and maybe they would have one. Glad I didn’t because I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes and was able not only preorder my cake, pay for it and personalize it but their cakes are moist, affordable and delicious. Don’t play yourself with this establishment anymore. No longer a loyal customer.

I've been eating German chocolate cake all my life. It was the go to cake for my grandmother. I purchased a slice of German chocolate cake thr weekend of mother's day as a treat to myself, and the remembrance of my grandmother. The cake was dry and crumbly, and the icing was not good. First off. You can not make a German chocolate cake with Hershey chocolate. The best german chocolate to use is from Baker's. The icing was not cooked from scratch and if so it lacked the condensed milk. I will continue to visit Gabriel's in Marietta.I'll double back Piece if Cake when you get it together. I also purchased a slice of pound cake, white chocolate, strawberry-white, key lime, and hummingbird. All amazing.

Cupcakes are good as usual. For atmosphere, maybe add a couple of outside seats.

This location is a shame to the Piece of Cake name. Is it independent owned or is the franchise dropping the ball?? I purchased 2 slices. Both were dry; I mean old dry. They should be ashamed of selling these old cakes. I will never visit this location again and it's sad because it's in my neighborhood. It's so sad that I have to go to other parts of the city to find quality.

Worst customer service ever!!! They never call to remind you to pick your cake up, before they discard it! Will never buy anything from this company again!!!

Went and picked up 12 cupcakes today get home and they’re dry. I should’ve stuck with the reviews that I read about and not went there. I rather went to Kroger‘s, or Walmart. I will never go back again. $39 is too much for some hard

I came in for two strawberry slices and a regular pound cake slice. Every slice was sooo dry they just crumbled, they had a sticker that said best by 1/15 when I came in on 1/13. Cake had flavor but almost choked trying to eat it. I don’t know if they still have their replacement policy but I live too far to go back. Looking at the reviews they really need a new baker.

I purchased a piece of the white chocolate on 01/16/24, got it home 3.5 hours away and it was SUPER DRY. It was so dry even warming it was not worth the effort. This isn't the first time, but it will be the last.

From New Jersey to Augusta, GA. My family absolutely enjoyed the Red Velvet cake for family events. I pray you open a store in Downtown Atlanta. With so many conventions and people moving Downtown to live, I’m sure you would do well. Please keep your quality high.

My family purchased the Red Velvet and German Chocolate cakes for Thanksgiving, the German Chocolate cake was horrible when we tried to slice the cake it just crumbled, every slice crumbled and the cake tasted bland it was missing something. We were highly disappointed with the cake. We regularly purchase here for the holidays and birthdays, unfortunately this is our last time, considering what we paid for both cakes, there should have not been any problems. Respectfully!

As business owners that serve the public. Can we please train our staff that playing vulgar music in background is not professional.
